I have ordered a cap on 29th April but it didn't reach me yet, and the main thing ist showing same message "in processing". The worst site and they don't reply me in whatsapp also, I paid total amount with delivery charges. They are too worst service. Don't buy from this bloody site.

Sharing this as it will help other, guys they are very unprofessional and unethical guys, I placed my order on 13th march, as the birthday was on 6 the event was on 10th, I thought of sharing the card before that, but they did not delivered when by 3april, now I cannot send it outside to friends as it's too late, they just spoiled my plans. Customer care don't pick up call, no reply to emails. Please search for other services not printland.

I have ordered customised pillows online company name printland.in order number is #PL100623168. i have ordered on 08-Mar-2021. while ordering they have confirmed order will be processed within 3-4 days. But still not they have not processed or not refunded by amount. Over phone their response is very poor.

Company has gone downhill completely. In the past they delivered albeit late but now they just resort to thievery by taking money and not bother with delivering the product. Fraudsters. Never any replies to emails, calls, messages. All the other reviews with grievances are true too.

1. What I ordered didn't match the specifications in the order confirmation!

2. Print colour way off!

3. Quality of the canvas bags was poor!

4. Multiple emails sent to their customer service and not even one reply!

5. Wrote to the owner, silence!

6. Cannot get thru to customer service on their help line.

Was a big mistake to have used them. I run a large service industry business. Customer delight is the only way to survive. The folks at Printland are oblivious to how bad they have things.

Would I ever use them again - NO NO NO!

Printland is definitely a SCAM, a clever online FRAUD front where customer does selection, design, confirmation, payment, minus any interaction by any company employee even way after order confirmed and in 'processing' that never ends. Will report to Reg Director SFIO to check their accounts under Sec209A and also to Commisioner Sales Tax to check the GST deposit.

I had ordered a product on 19/10/2020. I was promised delivery by 29.10.2020 but was informed no stock of the same on 30.10.2020 and was promised a refund. Now, the customer care team is unreachable and no response to tweets, emails, insta Dm's. I have filed a complaint. Kindly avoid this company by all means. It is a fraud company which takes orders without the intention to deliver but is extremely good at giving false promises.

Its been 3 month my order has not received.....no response from help center..... don't buy anything from thia website....stay away.....its a scam

I would give less than 1.. but that is not an option.
I placed an order with Printland back in February 2020.. I stayed very patient and understanding of the Panademic until August when I started to request for my cancelation and refund. Its almost 14000 Rs. So not a small amount.
The one customer rep keeps promising to forward the claim to the refund department.. but there never is a response from any such department.
They were too quick to respond until the payment wasn't made and the they have simply disappeared with it.
You are not the only ones facing the Panademic everyone is.. its global. That doesn't give you the right to become thieves.
I am mortified by their approach and business ethics.

Even week after the delivery date, I still didn't receive my order. Big mistake to order from them. No response to emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages.
I think this Printland.in is a scam, not an online company. If you read this and like peace of mind then refrain from doing the mistake that I did. Look for somewhere else.

Please don't order anything from this company. Order will never reach you. I placed order on 10th July 2020. Today is 3rd September 2020. I have called them, emailed them, send whats app messages. They don't respond ever and never pick up the calls. Probably the company has gone bankrupt and are now in the business of cheating customers. There sales phone no is working but as soon as you enquire about your order status they cut the call.

The thing about them is that they don't have any system of informing you whether the order is placed or not, or when will it arrive which makes the customer wonder what happened to my order.....
anyways I received my product and it was of good quality.

I have ordered 2 polo Tshirt from printland but I have not received any updates from last 9 days, they are not replying on call as well as on email.

I will suggest all my frds not to ordered anything from this fraud company.
They are stealing money of people after pandemic.

Its completely Fraud Company. You never know when you will get your product. The customer services are pathetic. Dont buy or order anything from this website. We all should unite and make the legal action against this kind of online cheating companies.

Have order for products with Order No PL 100570377 3 month ago & I am still waiting for delivery.

Have called in 8448498154 number also but call was diverted in unprofessional way saying that its only for bulk business.

So called in land line number also approx 2 week ago & they assured that same will be delivered withing 3 days but till now I am waiting for same,

There is a lady i guess her name is Pooja Sharma - very unprofessional. I have escalated to their superior also Mr. Wasim & Sameer. But till now i didnt got reposne
