They do not reply neither via mail nor via phone call, when customer lamenting issues (too many) to the process of their orders; moreover, the products of their print are pathetic and non-professional.
We received after more than 20 days (claimed time of process: no more than 1 week) one order composed by 1 pin button, 60 bulk custom pens and 1 tote bag.
Pin colours were not matching hi-res picture provided to them, text printed on pen was not aligned, and was poorly serigraphed instead of laser etched, prints on both side of the bag were missing texts...
Even when we try to write to them and the automated message returns that "you will be contacted within 15 minutes", that never happened.
We had to spend time on the phone with incompetent bunch of guys that are not understanding what we where talking about (they are not the printing staff)... and they hanged phone, never answering again to our calls.
Most embarrassing indian company ever!

They never care about your order. If you send a mil they never respond. Customer care persons doesn't have a capable to understand your queries. Once you communicated with customer care and asked for reason they will disconnect and never connected.

I had ordered 12 bags from this company for my bridesmaids on 15th Oct and the order is still not dispatched on 7th nov (standard delivery was 25th Oct apparently) And I regret it ever since. I have called the customer service almost everyday and their response is that it will get dispatched by Fri-Sat. 2 weekends have passed by and I have not received anything. Apparently this is escalated to their manager Wassim Raja who I dont even think exists. Their refund policy states that it will get refunded to the wallet. But what am I supposed to do with 3, 300 print land rewards?? I am never going to buy from this site ever again!!

I trusted this site with a huge order but I am let down. Horrible.
I am honestly stressed and mentally harassed!
I should have read the reviews before placing the order as I am going though exactly what everyone else did. This is by far THE WORST e-commerce site ever.

Bad company, Bad Support, Bad customer services, Bad printing, Bad ownership- I request you all not to buy anyone because with printland because they are fraud !!!

Absolutely terrible customer service, they ripped me off. i ordered items and for month they never delivered me any items and keep silent. i had to escalate it via bank and challenge them to get them to respond to me.

I have ordered a greeting card and paid the amount also. but i’m not delivered the product. just i got one message like your order is delivered. very bad service. they even bother about it when i call them.

This company is fraud. I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering stuff. I ordered 6 notebooks, they all arrived after 2 months, with a SAME NAME on them. Water bottle arrived without cap! and the personalized caps haven't even arrived yet. None of their customer service numbers work, when finally u do get connected, the staff is very rude and have no manners what so ever. After continuously trying for 4 months, I finally got connected to 1 girl named Rukhsar and all she was doing was apologizing. When she couldn't answer my questions, she hung up on me!! Not only is their service incompetent, their staff is very rude.

I want to share my shopping experience on Printland. I purchased custom design T-shirts and it was great deal for me. I will recommend Printland for best shopping experience

I ordered a customised name plate on 19 June which was supposed to be delivered by 29 June. I 'm still waiting for the product to move further from processing unit. You guys are so unprofessional. After reading reviews about your website I m really disappointed and do not have faith in your product. Please return my money or deliver the product. This website is here to dupe people. Now I get it why COD was not an option when I ordered.

Very bad experience.Cant even connect with the customer care and after more than ten times attempts I was able to talk since my Delivery is taking almost a month and can’t track with the tracking ID that has been provided by them

I am putting 5 stars for Printland's excellent customization assistance. The customer supervision phone number is always free for their clients. They were in touch with me until my product arrived. I love my customized beer mug from Printland. You are free to contact them 24*7. They responded to each of my queries. Thank you Printland, it's been a pleasant experience with this marvelous printing organization.

I'm dealing with Printlnd for some years now and I've never had a problem. Printland's Customer Care service staff has always been helpful and professional; and their product prices are always great! I can't do business cards as professional looking as Printland so I'm grateful they exist.

I received my order today which was supposed to be delivered yesterday, that's too the pen I didn't wanted.
Also, there was no card and very untidy and improper packing loaded with sellotape. If I have paid 100 rs extra for packing, I was supposed to get proper card and good packing.
Parker pen pack was torn badly like some kid have done that.
Bad experience, will not recommend to any.
Poor customer service, when I asked for refund, they said no refund policy over phone. In that case you should not mention the product on the website which is not in stock.
