can do better
Whilst the end product was good, it took allot of follow up and format changes that I would expect the design team would flag. Products did not arrive as promised by the delivery date given by Print Storm, leaving me having to explain to senior management why I did not deliver as I had passed on the information given. Disappointed

Had to urgently print some funeral booklets. Print Storm came to the party and all the staff were so helpful. Thank you for making this seamless at a difficult time.

Wonderful service
It was not a standard item to bind, but staff worked out how to make it happen, and I never felt like it was too much trouble - they seemed to enjoy the challenge!

Excellent customer service even though…
Excellent customer service even though it was just before Christmas. Nothing was too hard for them and the quality of what I ordered was perfect. I am so happy with my experience that I would recommend them to anyone.

I've done a LOT of jigsaws in my life…
I've done a LOT of jigsaws in my life and this is the 2nd-most disappointing. The reference photo isn't big enough to work from and a whole section of the foreground is blocked by the title. Having a black backing means that it's really hard to tell the front from the back when sorting darker pieces and of the pieces I have joined, they do not sit together well and need to be reattached multiple times.
Worst of all is the smell of the material this puzzle is made from. It has a toxic stench I can't stand.
