Poor customer service and missed delivery expectations
I ordered from Priority Tire specifically because their website advertised “fast and free” shipping with an estimated delivery of up to 4 days for my ZIP code.
The order was split into two shipments. Both arrived well outside the original 4-day window.
Customer service was extremely difficult to reach. I made multiple attempts via phone (including callback requests that were never returned), chat, and email. When I did receive responses, they were often generic and did not address my concerns.
I was also told on the phone that a refund request would be submitted due to the delays and overall experience, but I never received any follow-up and was later told nothing could be done.
Overall, the product was delivered, but the shipping timeline and customer service experience did not match what was advertised. I would not order again based on this experience.

After a detailed investigation into your order, we can confirm that the shipping delay you experienced was entirely our fault.
While our website correctly estimated a 4-business-day delivery for your specific Hankook tires and ZIP code, our system improperly routed your order to be fulfilled from one of our California locations.
Because the tires were shipping cross-country to Massachusetts, standard Ground service was never going to meet that 4-day window. Carrier and weather delays aside, even though the order left our facility on time, it was unfortunately destined to be late from the start due to the distance.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this oversight. We pride ourselves on leveraging our warehouse network to provide "Fast and Free shipping," and we clearly missed the mark here. We are actively investigating our delivery estimate systems to ensure we do not mislead our customers going forward.
We also deeply apologize for the frustration caused by our slow response times. We are currently navigating an unprecedented volume of incoming calls, live chats and emails. Our agents are doing everything humanly possible to reach as many customers as they can, and meanwhile our leadership is actively implementing solutions to improve our support capacity and resolve this backlog.

Easy to order and fast delivery. I have not been able to install the tires yet as we are on the road and won't arrive at the tire's location for a few more days. My past experience with Priority Tire had always been positive.

In almost all cases, all the tires from one order arrive together at the same time, as parts of one larger multiple-piece shipment - but sometimes the carriers can split them up by pure coincidence and deliver them on different days. We do appreciate your patience and support!
No tires and money taken
I have been trying to speak with someone every day and no one ever answers. My money was taken and they wrote that Fed Ex has the tires and tracking was issued on April 4th Fed Ex says they never received the tires and now it is 10 days later and still no tires or anyone to speak to. I will never use this company again and will let the BBB know about this

Yes, we do answer the phone, as our agents reach hundreds upon hundreds of customers each day via phone call, live chat and email. Sadly, we're currently overwhelmed by traffic as demand increases, leading to such longer wait times on the phone.
