I tried to order the same tires from American Muscle and they told me they would arrive in 3 days, then backordered them 12+ weeks without informing me. You guys had them to my shop in like 6 hours.

I received the wrong size tire and had to send the wrong tire back wait for it to be processed and still haven't heard if there are sending the correct tire that I ordered yet! Mistakes happen but one would think after they seen the tire was sent back, they would send the correct tire in a timely fashion considering the error on their part. In all price is good and original delivery was quick just the error has really delayed me and having my vehicle back on the road.

We do agree with you, and we do try to help all of our customers earnestly and promptly!
With that said, please do accept our apology for the original mistake - we have many precautions in place to prevent such incidents, but accidents can happen even with our expertise and experience.
Regrettably, our current policies prohibit us from sending out replacement tires before the original shipment is returned (at our cost), as we've simply had negative experiences in the past when it comes to return abuse. Still, we try to speed things up and process every replacement or refund upon return as soon as possible.
We cannot comment in more detail about this specific case without your order info, but we'll be glad to investigate and take action to resolve this for you.
Thank you for your understanding and we do apologize once more.

Don’t purchase anything from these…
Don’t purchase anything from these people they ship wrong items or in my case they shipped us to receive two tires they shipped me. One will not take care of anything. The only thing they would do for you to refund your money on one tire so you’re just out 130 bucks whatever I contacted Amazon and they informed me that really you’re not buying you need to look at the options that are the pages on there and make sure you buy it from Amazon not from one of these second or third-party worthless lowlife companies

You placed an order for two (2) tires, and we shipped out two (2) tires. If you somehow received just one (1) tire, all you need to do is report the matter to us - which you did - and we'll offer help = which we did.
The onus is now on you, as we quite literally asked for some more information and details, as we cannot really investigate or escalate anything without knowing what you did receive, in what condition and what packaging.
With that, we do apologize if there's any issue here related to us or the carrier - but accidents can happen, and we quite literally offered to help you, but did not receive any cooperation back.
Ignoring our offers to help you while calling us "lowlife company" is certainly a choice.
Thank you.
