I highly recommend Jake and his team, we have been using him for a few years both for servicing our old boiler, installing a new boiler and general plumbing. He is always punctual, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, does a great job and his communication is excellent.

Jake replaced our faulty boiler after it failed Christmas eve. Good communication regarding what was faulty and options going forward. clear quote, the new boiler was installed 24 hours after an instruction to proceed, neat and tidy install. when he was 25 mins away to the job he phoned ahead.

Each time we use Jake he arrives when he says he will and sorts out the issue! Skilled, efficient and really nice person.

We engaged Pritchards to install a new wetroom which entailed replacing wetwalls before fitting tiling, non slip flooring and a new bathroom suite. They also installed a water softener. Jake (the boss) & Jack were a very good team & knew their stuff. As we were on a time restraint they managed to finish the job before Xmas. Very prompt and excellent service

Jake did a thorough and accurate review out our corroded flue from Whatsapps photo's/videos. He was able to accurately assess and quote and promptly attend our home to do the proposed repairs.

Jake is a true professional not only does he know his stuff - you expect that -but he sticks to his quotation, is punctual , courteous and respectful of your home ( cleans up properly ) and family .
