After an initial enquiry online I was offered a phone call which happened spot on time as agreed. Oliver talked me through the process which was straightforward and simple a few questions and a few explanations and we were done. Hopefully I won’t need the service often but I have peace of mind that I’m covered should I need it.

I honestly cannot recommend Private Sick Pay highly enough, and in particular, Ben Lomax, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

Ben was incredibly professional, friendly, understanding, and supportive throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step along the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him, and he always made me feel reassured and confident that I was in good hands.

What really stood out to me was how approachable and genuine Ben was. He went above and beyond to help me and was always there when I needed advice or guidance. His communication was excellent, and he kept me updated throughout, which made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.
