Will not let me bet with my own deposit. Says I cannot bet with maximum zero or something like that. Will not have anything good to say about till this cleared up.

Company refuses to honor their protected pick. Therefore they stole money from my account and refuse to give it back. Horrible betting app horrible company avoid at all cost.

Site doesn't honor promotions. They will send you an offer to do something, then when you follow instructions and it's time to pay up, customer (dis)service just ignores you.

Continues to not update during a game. I didn't know if I won or lost until the next day. This has happened the last couple times using them, so I decided to cash out. Guess what? They will not do it, even though I've funded my account twice. It's not like I deposited and didn't play. I used all of my first deposit, and half of my second... I'll finish up and NEVER play there again. Not sure it's a scam, but it certainly sucks as a customer service company.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. They lost a great customer over $50... they have a "Flex Friday" every Friday where you can place a protected bet and get your money back (in the for of promo credit) if it doesn't hit. I placed this bet and forgot to click the check box to protect my play, and they said there is nothing they can do and they're willing to lose me as a customer of this... insane!

Support sucks - all the responses are automated (even when it's a human talking to you). Multipliers are also trash. I will be giving Underdog Fantasy all of my business since they don't make it right. EVERY 2 leg parlay is a 3xer on UF, while it's usually a 2xer on PP. Underdog has much better support, lines, live betting, and payouts. DO NOT USE PRIZE PICKS

Absolute terrible. If the app works for you and you are able to set up an account and use it great but iv tried making multiple accounts after being denied. I have a clean background and im in a legal state. There is no possible reason for this not to work for me. Iv contacted support and they have not helped me at all. They refuse to tell you why you were denied and wont transfer you to somone who can. I wouldnt be so irritated with them if they would simply give a reason.

Dont use this app. I recently deposited a $1,000 into Prizepicks, gambled, and won $3,000. I tried to withdraw my money from my account and Prizepicks won't let me withdraw. I've spoken to their costumer service numerous of times about the issue and they refuse to provide me any information. I even brought this matter to the Gaming Commission of NY and turns out Prizepicks is operating unlicensed in NY. therefore the NYS Gaming Commission does not have jurisdiction over this matter and now I'm out of $3,000 from the money I won fair and square. My opinion is use a reputable site and don't end up a sucker like me.

I won 24 hrs ago and requested to withdraw my $$ still no payment in my acct. Every other betting platform has paid me in 2-3 hrs.

I am disappointed.

Plain and simple, theft. I had made a few small deposits to test the waters. Made some cash. Figured I'd make a simple withdrawal of 20 dollars to make sure it worked. Six weeks later, no cash. Roughly 34 email changes and the answer they give is that funds were sent and not returned and I'm just outta luck.

I hope this reaches just ONE person. Go to Underdog or literally any other prop site if you aren't in a legal betting state. Your money will go in and never come out, even if you beat them.

Used this app for football season so started betting on nba and got down to 30$ placed a couple bets whichI won should of had 90$ in account woke up next day to 0$. Reported it to customer service multiple times and only response was the suspension of my account with no response from them.

Deposits don’t go through or just kick you out if your account. Pick your poison

Update: over 2 weeks since my initial inquiry where I was told "someone will be in touch with you in 3-4 days" and still nothing. No explanation on why they skimmed $35 off my winnings when they sent me my CAD funds. No answer whatsoever. And instead I come on here and find even more completely fabricated 5 Star reviews to drown out the real ones and keep their fake rating high. If prize picks even spent 10% of the time they did posting fake reviews to actually treat customers and they're money fairly and respectfully they'd have a much better outcome. Use any site besides this one. Do yourself a favor and read all the 1 star reviews. They seem to be the only genuine ones and paint a picture of many, many scenarios of people being paid out wrong, paid out weeks and weeks later, or in some cases not paid at all. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. This site and its "customer service" are complete trash.
Ps, report and flag their fake reviews on here. It's the only way to stop the bs.

It’s an interesting concept, but it takes way too much time to settle bets.

Great app and avenue for everyday sports betters! I love the many different props and categories they allow to place bets on.

Prizepicks since downloading has been a very good/tedious app and I will admit it’s become fun and exciting. It’s well oriented and organized you can find everything very easily and quickly. They always have great promos from time to time as well. I would recommend everyone download fantastic app 10/10.

PrizePicks is an amazing and supportive app. They have some of the best customer service and always are very helpful with any questions. I’d highly recommend this app.
