Stay well away from cowboys at P&R motors Merthyr
I had a non fault accident in my Audi A1 rear quarter panel and little bit of rear drivers door was damaged also the wheel was scuffed my insurance advised me to use their “approved” garage being P&R motors in Merthyr Tydfil well we took the car over for assessment they took the car in for repair which we had a courtesy car had the car back a week later they had painted the quarter panel and half of the door totally the wrong colour to the car and there was 2 very thick laquer runs down the centre of the rear bumper which they tried saying was there previously which they were not and they left all primer inside the petrol cap and all in boot edge where you open the boot there was bits of grit in the quarter panel they obviously thought this was acceptable workmanship took the car back over as they agreed to fix the problems they had my car for another week goes over to pick the car up they had rectified the colour but there is still grit in the quarter panel also they have burnt the laquer on the bumper looks like a crumpled crisp packet and they have also caused damage to my car by washing it with a car wash brush causing all swirl marks all over my car now in the sunlight my car looks awful I will not be taking my car back to these cowboys they have said the car is acceptable the owner must be stevie wonder I would urge everyone who thinks of taking their car to these seriously go elsewhere if you want your car looked after I have all photo evidence of this and I’m currently seeking legal action against them.
