Very Happy with the service I received from Pro-Camera. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. It was certainly the best deal I found, I will be using this company in the future. Thank you for all your help.

I don’t normally write reviews, but after the excellent service pro-camera provided I felt it necessary to share my experience.
I wanted to purchase the Garmin Forerunner 935 for my partner as a birthday present, but as usual had left it to the last minute and worried that if I was to make the order, it wouldn’t arrive in time for his birthday.
I sent a message late Thursday evening to find out how long delivery would normally take, not expecting a reply until at least the following day.
The price of the watch was almost £100 cheaper than anywhere else online.
To my surprise, I received an email back from the sales manager Liz at almost 10pm the same night letting me know that orders placed before 3pm would arrive the next working day.
Again, leaving things to the last minute I placed the order Sunday about 1pm. I received an email straight away confirming the order had been placed and it was expected to arrive on Tuesday.
The order arrived at 10.30am on Tuesday in perfect condition, with still 2 days to spare before my partners birthday. Fantastic service from pro-camera.

Service was prompt and item is as requested, considerably cheaper than elsewhere. Registration with Fuji went without issue.

I can wholly recommend the Pro-Camera.co.uk, however...whoever is planning to take a day off to be home to receive the parcel or whoever depends on receiving an item on a specific day think twice. Or be ready to travel to your nearest parcel pickup point if you're lucky to have one in the vicinity.

You urgently need to offer more delivery options to your customers.

And yes, this is your responsibility as they are essentially your business partners. Your responsibility doesn't end once you hand over the parcel to whichever cheapest bozo you're contracting the delivery services from.

I bought a Canon EOS 80D from these guys. Arrived in time as stated. Item was in perfect condition. Would not hesitate to buy again from this site.

Seeing their website offering really good prices on UK Canon products I sent off an email to Pro-Camera just asking for confirmation that the L series lens I was interested in was a UK lens and not a grey import.
They replied swiftly confirming it was a genuine UK lens.
I placed my order and 5 days later the lens arrived.
On checking the serial number with Canon and Canon doing some double checking they confirmed to me the lens was not as described and was a grey import with no Canon EU warranty.
Pro-Camera responded to my subsequent emails saying that basically Canon UK were wrong! I have it in writing from Canon that the lens will not be covered under the EU warranty scheme, who would you believe?

It seems Pro-Camera are miss-selling their products,
BE CAREFUL!

The sour taste left by this experience puts PRO (what a joke) Camera to shame. Back to good old WEX!!

Further to an investigation into my statement above, Trustpilot have looked at my correspondence with Canon and have reinstated my review as being sound. They have been very thorough in coming to this decision.

Pro-Camera's reply below is not fair. I offered them time to speak with Canon to resolve this warranty issue but they didn't want to do that. Also they never offered to take back the lens and refund me in full.

Pro-Camera sent the camera the day after the order, but UPS lost the parcel. It took a month to get the camera.

I did ask Pro-Camera if it was a grey import and they stated "All stock supplied by us is product for the UK market ".

Having got the Camera, I registered it with Canon CPS who stated that is was a non-EMEA product and may not be eligible for some services.

The camera is probably identical with Canon UK supplied but you need to read Pro-Cameras T&C's to understand the restrictions on the warranty.

I returned the camera and they refunded immediately.

Had the communications been clearer, I probably would have been happier and given a higher rating, but all credit to Pro-Camera for the speed in which they refunded my money.

The only place I could find to buy a Nikon D3500 body only. Good price and excellent speedy delivery! Recommended!

Bought a Canon G1X mark 3 from here last week. Just over £300 cheaper than the regular UK camera shops. I rang the company, left a message and was rung back the same day and reassured that all the goods were UK stock. Ordered the camera on the 19 Nov 2018 and It arrived by UPS on 22nd Nov 2018. Extremely well wrapped up - the camera box was in several layers of bubble wrap inside a cardboard box that was heavily taped up. Camera box was fully sealed and everything was in the box. I have used stills, videos, flash, many different settings and the ND filter and it produces the high quality results that I had hoped for from and APS C sensor. I have registered the camera with Canon-Europe - and again, no problems.
I'm not sure how this company manages to keep prices so low, but they will now be my first port of call when checking out prices of camera gear from now on. Excellent service and fantastic value for money.
The two year warranty is one year with Canon and one year with Pro-Camera I was told. Obviously I can't comment on this - and hopefully shouldn't have to.

Like other reviewers I think this company could improve their communications regarding delivery. However, delivery was prompt, and when I decided I did not want the product communications over it’s return were speedy and my refund given immediately they received the return. To summarise: I ordered the product late Friday, it arrived mid-day Thursday, and by 2:30 emails had been exvhanged and I’d posted the product back to them. By mid-day the same Friday I received notification from PayPal confirming my refund. That deserves five stars I think.

I ordered an expensive camera that i was told would be with me in a few days and thats exactly how it happened so ive found Pro Camera to be totally trustworthy and so competitively priced I highly recommend Pro Camera and shall be using them again in the near future.

Ordered new Canon SLR & Lens kit. Arrived next working day as stated. Had read some reviews here beforehand which had stated that there was no updates around despatch etc.
In my view, the main reason I purchased here was UK/EU stock at much lower price point that others, which would not have been possible with additional layers of admin.
I received email confirmation with PDF receipt attached immediately after ordering (8pm at nigth)
I received UPS notification early the next morning (07h37) and was able to track the entire shipment, from collection later that afternoon right through to delivery to me the next working day.
No issues at all.
Product is legit and registered on Canon UK. Very happy so far.

Great! Quick communication. Great prices. Ordered 2 sigma art lenses on Thursday and they arrived on Monday. They email back quickly and process orders very quickly.

I ordered a Nikon 16-80mm zoom lens which was very well packaged and arrived promptly (2 working days). The lens was in a white box (which usually means it is from a kit that has been separated out, NOT that it is a grey import!) and all guarantees, paperwork etc was correctly in order.
The lens is of course outstanding and Pro Camera offered a very competitive price.

I am a VERY happy customer.

Ordered the new Canon 100-400 from Pro-Camera on Saturday 6 October, had problems with my PayPal account as not sure payment had gone through, also an e-mail from PayPal stating suspicious activity. E-mailed Pro-Camera sales, had a reply from Liz within 30 minutes stating they had my order had been received and would be delivered on Tuesday 9 October.
Like a number of reviews on Trustpilot was a bit sceptical, also as payment made to Middleton Hill Ltd that if you do a company search is a Postal and Courier Company in Repton with very little assets. Again e-mailed them (Liz), quick reply again stating that Middleton Hill is the trading company of Pro-Camera and a tracking reference for UPS would be available on Tuesday. I sent an e-mail to Liz early Tuesday for the tracking reference, again a quick response, as it happened UPS were at the front door just as I read the e-mail.

The package was well packed and the lens was sound, also it came with a Europe Warranty Card. Registered it straight away on the Canon site: no problems, in-fact had an e-mail from Canon confirming the registration.

Not sure how this company's systems works and able to offer these prices for UK stock (Canon). They also have other web sites, Next Day Cameras & Ashton Little, their web site has limited functionality, no order records or on-line tracking but it all seems to work. My fears were unfounded. Would I order from them again; Yes if the price was right for my requirement. My next purchase will be an extender for the lens, checking with other web company's Pro-Camera are £45 cheaper.
