Looking for a specific herringbone design for a bathroom and came across Pro Tek. Ordered sample that came quickly and after making decision, rang the office and arranged pick up. Everything ready for me when I arrived. Now just waiting for installation. Very pleased.

The sample I liked was Pro-tec Cameron oak. It was 8.5mm thick and seemed to be very strong. Will be ideal flooring and good lasting.

Good quality, but incomplete order
Ordered some flooring samples and a 2.5m long stair nosing piece. Flooring samples seem good quality, however one was missing and the others don’t have the product names on them so it’s difficult to work out which is which. Postage was a bit expensive at £25 but glad there's opportunity to see the product before committing.

Firstly regarding the delivery i do apologise at the price , due to the legnth of the parcels we can only use one courier service for this. The actual price we are charged for this is £29.99 plus VAT and so on each courier we send out we actually lose a small margin based on the £25 price we charge

Great Service and Product!
We have just bought a new property and wanted Herringbone floor throughout the downstairs. We used Protek on a recommendation, and the product and service have been amazing! The product is great quality with a lovely finish, and seems to be alot warmer than traditional LVT/Laminate.
Marcus was great and gave us loads of recommendations before we selected the samples. Highly recommend Protek!

Ordered samples online and they came within 2 working days. Really helped us as we had a small window of time to make a decision. I ended up buying via a reseller, and the Protek Classic Richmond Oak is a great neutral colour that can be matched with both cool and warm tones. This is the second time I have chosen this brand over other options, and I will always recommend it.

Better than real Wood 100% - Pro-Tek Luxury Click…
We just had the Pro-Tek Luxury Click Vinyl Excel Classic Camden Chino fitted and its amazing, the best product out there. If you did a wood floor to LVT test you would never guess the right one. Even the fitter said its the only LVT he would every have and is going to purchase it for his own house.

Good quality luxury vinyl this is the second time I'm going to buy it. However, I can see on the sample that the thickness of the backing has been reduced from 1.5 to aprox 1 mm, compared to the floor I bought over a year ago. This is a drop in the quality of the product probably to be able to maintain the price. This is the top notch of the protek range and people buying it are looking for quality, at least personally I rather pay a few more pounds and get the same as before.
