I've been using probatedata for almost 7 months now. As a real estate agent and part time investor I like the flexibility I get in probate real estate. Working with probatedata gives me accurate leads that are motivated to sell. I can wear my agent hat or investor hat so to speak. My favorite feature is that they skip trace contact info and verify property ownership details.
