Charges started appearing on my credit card... supposedly for subscriptions but that seems unlikely because what kind of subscription charges $37.19 a month (that was the charge before currency conversion).
I have no idea what the charge is for because they don't list that on the credit card charge. I spent literally days on hold on phone and chat trying to get through to somebody to answer what the charges were for but never got through.
In the end I had to cancel my credit card to stop all the charges.
The company does everything possible to make it hard for the person being charged to cancel or find out why they're being billed.
Can't imagine working for such a joyless company.

You declined a transaction due to lack of funds or so you said you guys make up stuff. The stransaction was for $30.00 my balance was $3000. And as far as the U make up stuff. Youve done this to me several times b4. When I called and actually got a live person. They said they didnt know why it was declined!!!!!!!
Worst service possible
Do not use! I've tried to speak with chat on 2 occasions. They're unhelpful, give you links that don't work. When you explain they don't work, they send you the same link again, the stop chatting. I then restarted chat, only to be told that I don't have an active account (when I'm logged into it and all the information I have was correct), then the agent disconnects and ends chat! It's a disgrace! Do not use them!

This company has not improved over…
This company has not improved over time. They have charged multiple times for purchases I never authorized. They have a lock on a big portion of adult websites. I gave them a long time off before trying one membership. The only way to get rid of them is to cancel the card and get it replaced.

I attempted to buy a one month subscription too Men.com, a video web site. I thought I was buying a one month subscription at a discounted rate. Upon signing up, I discovered that i had been signed up for an annual subscription That was not my intent. i also discovered upon signing in that unlike industry practice where subscriptions of a month or longer are entitled to download videos for free That is not indicated before signup, and a supplemental fee of $39 per month is demanded to add this to my subscription This is deceptive bordering on fraudulent. I called to request a refund within 24 hours and was hung up on.
Terrible company, scam
Scam company. Purchased online subscription. Realized a little while later that they were charging all kinds of other fees. Chat keeps kicking me off. Unable to get hold of them by phone. I will probably have to cancel my credit card to stop the recurring fraudulent charges.
Big scam cooperation
Keeps taking money out my card whenever there's money on it and support go ahead and hide any trace of the transaction, clearly a big scam cooperation that needs to be shut down.

Worst support ever, they will never reply to emails, and in chats they put you to wait, and then automatically disconnect you before any agent reply back.
Terrible
Terrible! They bill for some dodgy websites, where you can get random, unsubstantiated charges. They respond with standard answers, keep repeating them across different operatives, don’t answer your concern, say to call them (in the USA) and the 24*7 chat times out. Don’t give this company your credit card else you could, like me, be very sorry

DO NOT USE ANY SITE THAT USES THIS ABSOLUTE SCAME!!! the most useless dogs, I must have signed up to something a long time ago and just noticed it is taking $60 a month and I don't know why, I tried to contact customer support, gave them all the details they said were required to help me find these purchases and then they "disconnected" from the chat and I now have to cancel the card I used. DO NOT USE THIS NOT WORTH RISK!!!

They stole my money, they took money for free subscription, then i used charge back and got my money back fortunately, do not use if possible.
Probiller are a con company
Probiller are a con company. Do not take my word for it just look on Trustpilot - to get a 1 star rating by 96% - YES - 96% say BAD - that is by design and not by accident. They are bordering on criminality so many complaints of money being taken and NO access to the sites the custonmer paid for. The CEO John Patrick based in Canada displays an email to try and portray he cares - you email him and it comes back undelivered as it is a Mickey Mouse email which so many CEOs use to try and display they care when in fact thy don't give a s*** and take a 6 or 7 figure salary by blatently ripping off hundreds if not thousands of people. If ever you see Probiller associated with ANY subscription do NOT subscribe - you will lose your money

They will let you sign up with no issues, then to cancel you have to chat them online and they keep you on chat indefinitely (CURRENTLY WAITING 1 hour just for them to get back to me instead of letting me cancel with a buttoN) 1 HOUR!!!! AVOID!!! DO NOT GO WITH ANY WEBSITE THAT USES THEM!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! TURST ME
How is this legal
How is this legal. Took money from my daughters account without her purchasing anything then when called them for a refund and denied taking any money. Would not put in writing that they hadn't taken any money. Should be shut down.
