How to be a confident speaker
I attended a really useful webinar hosted by Sally on being a confident speaker. Sally was engaging and seemed to genuinely be passionate in wanting to help people overcome their fear about speaking in public. Sally gave practical tips for us to take away and try and encouraged everyone to contribute.

Supporting Your New Trainees Webinar
A useful webinar session focusing on Trainee induction and development. Julie was fantastic with communication and organisation. Nadine directly reached out pre-event and post-event, which strengthened the warm tone that was set throughout.
The discussion explored empathy mapping from a trainee and managers perspective, and we shared ideas on things we can do to enhance the trainee introduction process. The improvements we will make should strengthen long-term retention rates, leading to return on investment and cost savings for the firm.
Thanks for a great webinar, I now have so many ideas after the topics of discussion!

Sally was a great host
Sally was a great host, she spoke in a calm voice and made sure to make it interactive. I enjoyed her example, it was difficult when split into pairs as my pair didn't communicate and would have preferred a wider group.

Thoughtful and reflective session
