I recently completed my Level 5 Diploma in Adult Care with Professional Training Solutions. My Level 5 assessor/tutor, Julie has been absolutely fantastic throughout my learning journey. She has been incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and supportive, always taking the time to offer guidance and encouragement whenever I needed it.

Her support was particularly valuable when I progressed from my role as Deputy Manager to becoming the Registered Manager of a newly refurbished care home. Taking on such a significant new role alongside completing my Level 5 qualification was challenging, but she understood the pressures involved and provided the flexibility, reassurance and guidance I needed to keep progressing.

Through my work experience in care, I did not know that care is governed by lots of laws and legislations. The course has broadened my knowledge on care and has encouraged and given me more reason to be compassionate and empathetic with vulnerable individuals and to deliver care always in a person centred way.

My Tutor ,Cole Miller made my journey through the course very flexible, understanding and even more interesting to learn. His time he took to observe and supervise me at work made me understand the importance to follow policies and procedures of my organisation. He was always ready to assist with topics that I did not understand and will quickly respond to messages regarding assignments on time.

Really enjoyed the course and the tutor i had (Cole) was amazing and always answered any questions and adapted my resources as needed. Full support throughout. Would do another course with this.
