The information in this course was very interesting and helpful. It was a struggle for me at first because I had never done an assessment before, but I am happy that I managed to complete all the assessments, even though I had to redo some of them. The tutor gave feedback to everyone and explained what needed to be improved, which really helped me. Overall, I enjoyed the course and learned a lot.

It was a hard course but once I completed it it was nice

Even during moments when I doubted my own ability, Fran gave me the confidence to believe in myself. My experience with this training provider was mixed, with some clear positives alongside areas that need improvement.

The course got off to a disruptive start. My initial tutor Cole wasn’t very clear about what was expected of me, which made the early stages confusing and harder than they needed to be. Fairly early on my tutor changed to Marilyn — and this made a difference. My new tutor was more supportive, flexible, and adaptable to my schedule. They were available when I needed guidance and generally made the process feel more manageable.

There were still some challenges, though. At times I was asked to complete tasks at short notice, which wasn’t ideal when balancing work and study. I also didn’t receive any information about what the EPA would involve until I had finished the course.

Some of the review questions didn’t feel relevant to my role, however I understand this is not Marilyn's fault and she is simply delivering the standard questions from PTS, and my tutor occasionally forgot key details about my job, which meant I sometimes had to repeat information. Some of the course modules themselves were quite repetitive, and a number of the questions were poorly worded or grammatically unclear, which made them harder to interpret than necessary.

Overall, Marilyn's support was good, she was committed to helping me and always offered her services if I needed any extra help and their flexibility helped me complete the qualification.

I am on the way to completing my Level 3 Early Years Educators course. My tutor Stephanie Archdeacon has been the best help all the way throughout my learning journey. I have really enjoyed and learnt so much throughout completing this course.

I’ve had an amazing experience working with my tutor Marilyn Cambridge throughout my course. Her support has made such a difference she explain things clearly, stay patient even when I’m struggling, and always find a way to make difficult topics feel manageable. What I appreciate most is how genuinely invested she is in my progress. Thanks to her guidance, I feel more confident and capable in my career as a carer. A big part of this is thanks to my teacher, Kelly Jull. She has been absolutely amazing throughout the course. She always took the time to explain concepts clearly and made sure I understood everything before moving on. No matter how challenging something felt, she was always patient and supportive.

Kelly was always willing to help whenever I needed it. Her dedication and encouragement made a huge difference to my learning journey. She created a positive and comfortable environment where I felt confident to ask questions and improve.

I would also like to mention Cole Miller, who was my observer teacher and came to my workplace to observe me. He was fantastic. His approach during the observation made me feel confident rather than nervous, which really helped me perform at my best. I really appreciated his positive attitude and the helpful feedback he gave me.

I am very grateful for all the support and guidance I received throughout this course. Both teachers have made a lasting impact on my learning experience, and I couldn’t have asked for better

I studied Level 3 in Early Years Educator with PTS. I was assigned Karen Dallaway as my tutor.She was such a wonderful tutor in terms,being there for me,helping me with my assignments. She was also very dedicated in replying my messages.She was very responsible in taking steps to help me through this course.Words cannot express how awesome is Karen Dallaway.I am very grateful and thankful to God for giving such a tutor to help me complete my course.

I recently completed this online course and had a great experience. The content was clear, well-organized, and easy to follow. The lessons were engaging and helped me understand the topic step by step. I especially liked the practical examples, which made the learning more useful and interesting. Overall, it was a very good course and I would definitely recommend it to others who want to learn more about this subject.

I would certainly recommend this course to anyone wanting to a level 3 in childcare. A huge notice to Stephanie for always being to kind and understanding , she was what really got me through this level 3. Great course which provides so much knowledge around child care. Huge shout out to my tutor Stephanie Archdeacon!
