I recently completed the Understanding Mental Health Level 3 course under the guidance of tutor Marilyn Cambridge.

This is such an important course, I feel genuinely equipped with the knowledge and skillset necessary to integrate this understanding into my professional career. The approach is practical, providing tangible skills that go beyond theory.

Marilyn, my tutor, was simply excellent. She provided useful and insightful feedback, and showed incredible flexibility and support during times when I was struggling.

I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain a practical, deeper understanding of mental health.

At first I was really not enjoying my experience completing my L3 in Health and Social Care due to my tutor being very unsupportive. However, when I requested to change tutors, I was listened to and the 2nd tutor (Julie) was so much better, more supportive and actually made the experience enjoyable.

It's a great Institute to learn . Definitely recommend anyone who is looking forward to enrol for courses at this institute . Great Tutors , very helpful , always available and very professional approach . SO does the Admin team , very supportive .

I would like to share how much I have appreciated the support of my assessor, Cole Miller, during my Level 2 Certificate in Adult and Social Care. He has been an excellent teacher—patient, understanding, and always willing to give me the time I needed to complete my assignments, especially as I have a very busy job. His guidance has made the learning process much easier and more enjoyable.

I am very grateful for his assistance and I am really looking forward to working with him again as I progress onto my Level 3.

I have completed the Early Years Educator Level 3 recently. My tutor and assessor were very supportive. They have outstanding teaching skills, and knowledge to guide us until end of the course.

I have had a great experience working with my tutor Sophie Lizard. She has been an amazing support through gaining my level 3 in early years and has gone above and beyond to help me with my learning journey, and gaining my diplomas took me on halfway through my course and caught me up in such a short space of time, helping me to pass in time. Sophie always advocated for me when I struggled or when I needed extra time or help on an assignment, and has been so patient.
