I have been working with Leo Davis on publishing 2 books. It has been very comforting to me that he uses a project management approach. This experience has taught me that having milestones, sharing them with others and keeping up with schedules is instrumental in being successful. By the way, I used to teach project management as a consultant in the past, so I do know something about project management.

This company is a SCAM!!!!! they told me to pay $ to get the services and they aren’t answering now and have not done anything for me !

Review: Progressive UX is a Complete Scam

Beware of Progressive UX—this company is an absolute scam. My husband worked with Zayne, who personally promised that he would see results and assured him a minimum return of $3,500. Zayne even said he doesn't usually make guarantees, but he was confident in this case. Fast forward over a year, and my husband hasn't seen a single cent from their so-called services.

Not only has there been zero return, but the customer service has been an absolute nightmare. They've passed him around to different representatives, none of whom are responsive. Every time he reaches out for help or to request the refund Zayne promised due to poor results, he's shuffled between scripted, AI-like customer service reps who offer no solutions and refuse to escalate the matter. Despite being promised a refund, he has never received one.

To make matters worse, Progressive UX doesn't even have a Google page, which is another red flag. It’s clear they're trying to avoid any accountability. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company—they're a complete scam!

Jeff Dawson did great work managing the cover design and formatting of my book, it came out better than I ever expected. Then he and his team were terrific with the publishing & distribution platforms, giving my book the best possible chances of success. Leo Davis followed with a strong team that he managed to create a social media campaign I really like including well designed ads and keyword optimization. And Emily Brown was very good with my intial sign-up.

Leo Davis at progressive UX has been very helpful present and always answers the phone when I call. He has helped me in my attempts to re-launch a book. My previous publisher is making it a little difficult, but Leo is helping me through that process.

I thought that I had complete rights to my book both copyright and print rights. It's seems that it's possible that I need the previous publishers permission to re-launch my book. Don't quite understand that.

I don't have to wait three or four days wondering if I'll get a response from him. That was the case with my previous publisher they would respond or they would not respond. and it was always via email. I never spoke to a person.

Leo's accessibility in this challenging process is very important to me. Both he and the team have done a great job in editing and setting up the social media pre-launch.

After working with Blaire Walker at ProgressiveUX on the modern replacement of our aging website that dates back to the 90's, I can certainly say that she is a kind and accommodating person that will work hard to achieve your satisfaction. We're approaching the end of the build and everything I've asked for has been or is in process of being completed. Finding someone that truly cares about doing a good job isn't easy, but it's obvious that Blaire does and I would recommend her.

I regret to inform you that my experience with progressiveux.com and David brown has been extremely disappointing. After depositing $5,000 USD for 3 websites and an inventory program services, the company only did 2 websites ( 85% finished ) which were $300 each, the program was $5000, had to hire different firm to finish the job ( till this day no reply sep 13,2024) and then the company ceased all communication, leaving the project unfinished and me without any recourse. I strongly advise against working with them, as their lack of professionalism and trustworthiness have resulted in a significant loss of time and money. Following our discussion regarding the completion of the three websites and software projects as per our agreed-upon price, I must express my disappointment with your response, stating that the price was too cheap. As a client, it is imperative that we adhere to the terms initially negotiated. After requesting the completion of three websites and software projects at the agreed-upon price, the company responded by deeming the price too low. Upon mentioning the possibility of involving a lawyer, their response was, “You’re most welcome to afford one if you can, which can stand against our legal department.”

Great company to work with. I spoke with Ryan and he was super professional and knowledgable, and also very helpful. My experience with this company was positive all around. I highly recommend them.

Well, they are taken in consideration when I want something different in the page and changing things when I change my mind of what I want on the page. Also, they are giving me update and previews of the website so often so I know what’s going on with my page.
Everything is going good so far with my new website, i’m so excited I want to see it done and working. I’m ready for business.
