Top job by a top guy. Will be using again on my next project and highly recommend Jake to anyone who’s got a refurb project coming up

I've just finished a project with Jake & Neil and my experience with them has been great since day one. Jake sourced the property with my requirements in mind, gave solid and realistic underwriting of deals and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. His quick and friendly communication really made the whole process comfortable, especially as a remote investor.

The refurb was well scoped and thoughtful in terms of optional things we might want to work on, I never felt like he was forcing work for the sake of it. Timing and completion of the works was also very impressive and everything looks like it's been done to a high standard. Neil also helped with project management and was friendly, transparent and great to work with.

As a remote investor it's difficult to feel like you can find people to trust, but I can definitely recommend Project Property - will happily use them again in the near future.

Sourced a BRR through project property, using the broker and solicitor Jake recommended. We completed in less than 6 weeks. The refurbishment is currently underway and going well. Regular updates on progress and on track and budget. Fingers crossed to get the end valuation advertised. My experience so far has been excellent and Jake is always on hand to answer any queries, making my second BRR a breeze. This was worth it for me and my partner as we wanted a fully hands off investment projeft after how time consuming our first one was on our own and mistakes we made. If you want a genuine great hands off service, use project property!

I had done plenty of research about buy to lets in the north when I came across Jake’s Instagram, I reached out and we had a free initial call. The call was so detailed with examples and different options for my budget. I could tell Jake was experienced and genuine so was happy for him to source me a property.

We set the requirements and a suitable property was found within several weeks which needed a small refurb. Jake not only managed the refurb effectively and helped with the design but also handed me to a great letting agent at the end, and we have achieved £50pcm more than the original numbers which is a great bonus! When I refinance I will 100% be using Project property again.

When I reached out to Jake he was super helpful and thorough. He got back to me straight away, made me feel secure and like I was investing in the right direction. Since our first meeting I have Invested with him and currently wanting to do more business this way. Can not recommend enough!
