I’m perimenopausal and my body had been feeling sluggish and very bloated and physically I felt super tired. I thought I’d give Prolon a go a reset my internal self. It was a bit of a stab in the dark but I’ve found that it’s done me wonders. 1 week post completing the plan my bloating hasn’t returned, energy is higher, and I’m soo much more conscious about what I’m putting into my body. I think I may do the plan once every few months.
The plan itself wasn’t that difficult to do. I started reducing what I ate and my caffeine intake the week before and it made it all the more manageable. The meal suppliments were ok. I did enjoy the soups, crackers, nut bar and olives but the chocolate bar was not so good.

Great experience from beginning to end
Great experience from beginning to end. My order was dealt with REALLY efficiently, my box of goodies for the week came through in great time. I also enjoyed the food / content that ProLon had diligently and smartly put together - I got through each of the 5 days genuinely looking to see "what next" in my box and not feeling hungry. I loved the discipline of the experience and would definitely repeat. I even lost weight and in such a short amount of time and felt great with it!!

Easy to follow and convenient diet. Did for the first time this month, did not feel too hungry, worst part was caffeine withdrawal in first few days. Next time I will cut down / out caffeine earlier.

Mixed feelings
I like that it is science based and relatively easy to prepare the soups. A couple of them were good (tomato and minestrone) but the others were not. It was a bit disappointing only to lose 1KG but I know that there are other health benefits to the program. I was really hungry on Day 5 and expecting a better result. I just have not had the same experience as others but everyone is different.

Easy and effective
I have been using prolon for a number of years and it never fails to deliver… it’s super easy to do, it resets me for the month, and it leaves me feeling lighter and brighter. My only negatives are that I preferred the old choco crisp and I miss the free water bottle! But overall this is a great brand and one I will continue to integrate into my lifestyle. It’s amazing how much better you feel after only 5 days.

13 Rounds Completed
I have completed 13 rounds of Prolon over the last 3 years. I don’t find it particularly difficult although day 3 can be a little challenging. It definitely makes me feel lighter and healthier. I would recommend it to everyone. I want to try the new flavours as I am getting a little tired of the other two. I was a bit disappointed that they have stopped providing a free water bottle.

gave me the reset and impulse that i needed to start a change in my diet. i chose variety 3 and it was quite tasty i thought. loved the almond bars in the morning, and the crackers are v nice! will def. do it again in a month time.

Sent me rotting white and brown olives
I’m hugely disappointed in my box. On almost every day I had items missing from it.
Day 1 was missing the algal oil
Day 2 was missing the second set of olives
Day 3 was missing the crackers
And now on day 4 I’m starving and I just opened my (dirty) second set of olives package to the most disgusting outdated olives ever that are covered in congealed white and brown slime.
