When making a big purchase such as an outboard engine/ motor, especially an electric one it is essential that the company you deal with is knowledgeable, helpful and do what they say they will do. I used the online chat function which with many companies can be a poor experience. With the Pro Marine Store this was not the case. Ben was my contact and he was friendly and efficient and within a couple of minutes I had found out what I needed to know, checked stock and made the purchase. The motor arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I contacted Ben re the Warranty and registration and again he was extremely helpful.

I have only had the one experience With Pro Marine Store but it has been very positive and I would not hesitate to shop with them again.
