We were contacted to try to sell us services. A sales rep named Alex seemed great at the beginning and we were really excited about the prospect of using the services (specifically the reputation manager which is ironic). Alex was setting us up with a demo version so we could also try the other products but we had pretty much already made our decision about at least the reputation manager. Immediately after he set up the demo his communication became scarce and then non existent. It was shocking that a company trying to sell their services would abandon you before actually selling the product. It also was frustrating because the system had flaws and we couldn't get answers on them leading us to getting constant notifications. There was even an email that said to email if we were having any problems and when I did I got a bounce back on the email. I see reviews about excellent service and maybe that's true beyond the sales person. Maybe this sales person had a lot going on but my trust is gone. Even after I emailed saying the communication was awful and to remove us and cancel the acct he still has not responded.

PromoRepublic my "go to" social media scheduling tool. It is like having a social media management tool meets a graphic design tool. I love that it has pre-made graphics, the ability to repost, and special holiday calendar posts make for engaging posts as well. I have been using PromoRepublic for at least four years if not more. Love it!

The customer experience has always been bang on. They are so fast at helping you out if the articles don't do the trick, and they are very knowledgable. The scheduling is perfect for our needs, but the customer service is stand out.

Not only do they follow through on every promise but that continue to develop the platform based on feedback. I have been using Promo Republic for years and it is one of the best parts of my marketing stack. It helps me to keep on top of all my social posts even when I am not around. Enabling me to be organised. Helpful suggestions and the ability to create upload and modify images is an extra benefit. Highly recommend.

PromoRepublic has been an excellent addition to our tech stack. As a franchisor, it is vital that we can support our franchisees with posts, for them to have visibility into what we are posting on their behalf, and streamline their local posting, as well. Their team is helpful and always goes above and beyond! There are more disconnections/issues posting than we'd like but their team is actively working through them to improve.

Very Easy to use and enables me to make multiple posts at one sitting

Whole-heartedly recommend. I manage several accounts with various platforms, and PromoRepublic makes that possible. I'm able to create several posts quickly and easily, using my own images and content, or by relying on the embedded resources: copywriting, images, content suggestions, etc. And the cherry on top is the analytics so we can measure our success.

Heartily recommended. PromoRepublic offers users the ability to post to multiple streams across a range of posting dates and times. I use the lifetime deal version via Appsumo, so I only paid a one time fee. Way more cost effective than many of the other monthly SaaS platforms. For work purposes, I came here from Hootsuite almost four years ago and have been a private user for over six years. I have not looked back. 10 out of 10.

I am a long-term user. I use it weekly. It is a fantastic APP. They make it so easy to plan the weekly posts. I can easily see everything I publish in all my platforms. Customer service is great, they always get back to you very quickly and they keep in touch until the problem is solved. I have been with others and Promorepublic is the best so far.

I've been using promorepublic for years. what I like best about it-- the stats they give you on your posts. The way you can filter them down and then repost what's working.

Have used PromoRepublic for a couple years. I post on 5 different media channels, 1-2 posts a day, on each one. more on holidays. This has changed my life and been a life saver in more ways than one. I can schedule weeks in advance, I can run the same ads every week (with hours, etc) without redoing them, it's very intuitive, and what used to take 30 hours a week, i can now get down to about 6 hours or less. Absolutely fantastic tool for wrangling your social media.
I've had PromoRepublic for over 5 years, and still use it weekly. They make it so easy to post social content across all channels for multiple clients - it's so easy, I almost feel bad about charging them for it. Almost.
100% recommend to anyone interesting in a visual calendar to schedule their social content.
