My work flows so much more easily and is much more organized with PromoRepublic. I can see everything that will be published in our Ministry on my calendar. The beauty of this app is that I can always see simultaneously what's happening with each publication and each channel we promote our work in. Without it, we would have a lot of work to take care of the publications. We love the app and the desktop version.

I am a long-time user of PromoRepublic. I use it weekly for my podcasts to create thumbnails. I have also used it for scheduling social media posts many times. The service works great and it has been reliable. I love almost everything about it. I do wish the editor allowed you to create templates to make creating similar assets faster, but overall, PromoRepublic has been a key part of my podcasting workflow. I love it.

Please don't buy any plan this company because without reason permanent block account

Every time I have a question or an issue, which there are rarely any issues, the customer service is quick, helpful, friendly and thorough. I love the doTERRA Social platform. I have been using it for about 3 years now and it has helped me so much. So I really wanted to express my appreciation for this platform and the staff. No complaints here, just one happy happy customer.

I have been using promorepublic for years now for myself and for clients and it is ideal that you can create, plan and share everything on all social media from 1 place. The response is always very quick and correct.

I love how responsive the PromoRepublic team is, and how helpful their support is. I had to connect with them on three occasions in one day -- not because of the platform -- but because of the social platforms and how their integrations can sometimes play up. On all three occasions, I got help fast, and was able to get to posting content.

I really enjoy using Promo Republic, not just for social media either. Have been using it for quite a few years now.
It is intuitive and easy to use with a well designed dashboard. Set-up is straightforward.
Excellent editing tools with a lot of choice.
Offers lots of posting ideas, as well as a good archive of generalist photos.
Easy to set up multiple social media accounts.
Good alerts if a link is broken and needs to be reconnected.
Very helpful and friendly support if you ever need any help with a good response rate.
Have tried other systems, but way prefer PromoRepublic and am very comfortable using the system.
Not sure if there are many integrations to other products but for me has not proved to be a problem.
From my perspective it does exactly what it says on the tin. 100% recommend!

I have been with PromoRepublic for some time now. Their systems work well and I have been very happy with them and their product, When there is a small issue (not yet been their fault) then they are there to assist and the chat works exceptionally well.

I have been using PromoRepublic for quite a few years, and, just with any other programmes, there are (very rare) times when things go wrong. However, when it does happen, their customer support is second to none. Almost immediately I get a reply to my email and within a short time the problem gets solved or I'm being kept informed with updates - something I value greatly!

Worthless ideas to share, no way to even feed in your own blog content, no updates in years. Just bad.

They auto-renewed my subscription. I requested to cancel the next day and was told I was 4 days too late to meet their cancellation deadline!
So now they've charged me for 12 months of a service I don't want or need and they're refusing to refund.
Any company who thinks it's good practice to run a business like this should be avoided.

A SCAM!!! I shouldn't have to rate this company as I never signed up, yet somehow I received a credit card charge for $21USD! I have no idea how they got my credit card details. I did a google search and found a link to their site. I didn't have any password to login, so I asked for a reset, which never came to my inbox. I responded to the billing email, but it bounced back. It's probably a test charge and then later they will do the full charge for more money. There is also no way to reach them other than a chat box, where they claim they will respond in a day. Other than that, there is no way to reach them. Their social media is largely inactive. Stay away from this company, a total scam!

Great app! I can schedule posts on almost all social media and there are good selections of post ideas and templates to use.

The interface with the multi level marketing business I used it for was not great, Quality of service completely US driven with a promise of UK development that never really happened. I stopped using the service because it was way too clunky and believed I’d cancelled it.
Although, I’ve not used the service for 12 months they renewed it automatically anyway and when I asked them to cancel and refund my subscription they refused, unlike other major companies who generally do their business more decently. Unless you’re going to be on it every day with whatever they’re shoving into your feed, my advice would be not to bother. It’s a waste of your money and they are great at taking your money and not giving it back.
Irresponsible.
