We're sorry to hear you felt delivery of your Sapper Towel was a 'lengthy wait'. However due to these items being a bespoke item the process took a little longer than normal. That said, it is advertised and noted within the item listing and description to allow 3-4 weeks for delivery which your order was successfully completed within that time frame.

Quick Delivery & Great Customer Care
I received my Corps rugby shirt in double quick time and it looked awesome; however, after trying it on it was way too long in the body for my size... So a quick email to Pronto Wear and I have a new shirt on its way which will, I'm sure, fit me perfectly 😊
