The pasties were almost thawed out on arrival, and that made them difficult to handle, without breaking them!
I found the pasties had little meat in them
and the jumbo sausage rolls were tasteless!

Great Service
Quick delivery great pasties will definitely use again.
My only comment would be, it's like a pasty lottery trying to match the pasties in the bag with the guide provided, would be great if individually bagged and labelled.

Pasty and Cream tea hamper…
I ordered a pasty and cream tea hamper to be delivered to my friend for her birthday so I never actually tasted it myself but she sent me pics and said it was absolutely delicious and very tasty.
It was delivered on the exact day I asked for and I was kept updated at all times as to the progress of the order and the delivery.
I was very pleased with this purchase and will without hesitation order from this company again.

Really tasty pasties
Really tasty pasties, easy to cook and next day delivery. Vegan pasties are fantastic as the bacon cheese turnovers. Coming from Cornwall but now living in Shrewsbury it’s our aim to keep plenty in the freezer for all the family… will definitely keep ordering and recommend!!!

Update: Thank you for your very quick response. Happy to accept a re-delivery on the next available delivery date.

Order placed 1st May. 10 pasties and 24 sausage rolls. Total cost £79.94.
Only pasties received. Email to say that sausage rolls had been delayed. Never received.
I have emailed twice to request delivery or refund but no response.
Out of pocket by £35 which isn’t acceptable.

Dear Lorna,
Thank you for providing the additional information requested.
I have checked our records and I’m unable to locate any correspondence from you regarding the non-delivery of the second parcel. Is it possible that your emails were sent directly to the courier DPD rather than to ourselves? Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any issues by DPD, and this has only just been brought to our attention now.
Having checked the tracking, it appears the parcel was held at the depot with no further movement made, and it will now unfortunately have been disposed of.
To put this right, I would be happy to arrange a replacement order for the missing parcel. The next available delivery date would be Thursday 21st May, or alternatively we can arrange another suitable date of your choosing (please note we do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays).
Please let me know which option works best for you, and I will ensure this is arranged straight away.
I sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused, and please be assured we will also be addressing this internally with DPD.

Great service, great pasties.
I was kept up to date on my order, which arrived very well packaged. I really enjoyed the pasties, full of flavour and great pastry. Once we've eaten some more and made room in the freezer I'll be trying the other flavours too. The allergen information is very good also, which was included in the packaging. I'm happy to recommend these!
