1st time ordering and any apprehension…
1st time ordering and any apprehension i had about the quality or flavours were soon put to bed . Package arrived quickly and in perfect condition with contents still frozen . Excellent sized pasties and the various flavours they have were absolutely amazing , I ordered a pick and mix load and of the 3 flavours I ordered we've not been disappointed , we will definitely be using this company again

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. Tasteless . So disappointed. The pasties taste nothing like a Cornish Pasty. Absolutely awful
Again do not bother. Just buy from the supermarket

Advertising is misleading.
Their Facebook advertising is all to hell. Advertised 8 pasties and 4 Sausage Rolls for £32.99. When you click the ad which takes you to the website it is £34.99
This isn’t the first time!

Very bland, had to eat it with a sauce. Prompt delivery, no fault there hut very disappointed. Meat was also fatty.

Very little meat in the Cornish…
Very little meat in the Cornish pasties, the meat that was there was like minced meat. Pastry was good but Cornish pasties I have had in Cornwall were chunkier, like cubes of meat rather than minced. Sausage rolls were ok, meat very soft and mushy, and pastry is short crust rather than flaky. Overall both were OK but not amazing.

We’d like to reassure you that we do not use minced meat—our pasties are made using prime skirt beef, prepared in line with traditional methods. Each pasty is hand-crafted in St Columb, Cornwall, to strict PGI standards, and filled with beef, potato, swede, onion, and our signature pepper seasoning.
Our pastry is a traditional shortcrust, which is typical for authentic Cornish pasties.
That said, we’re sorry they weren’t to your personal preference, and we do appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

I ordered some pasties from this company with a special offer of some sausage rolls they arrived on time very well packaged in a cool box and what’s your dishes. Would highly recommend this company.

The pastys are great
The pastys are great ,reminds us of when we used to go to Cornwall for our holidays ,we always brought a box full home ,now we just have to order, choose what day you want them delivered, they come perfectly packed ready for the oven ,or frezzer .
You can almost feel the sun sea and seagulls on your plate .

Excellent company, practically perfect in every way
Excellent company!
I ordered last minute for my Mum for Mother's Day, but accidently checked out with next day delivery to my own address. Contacted Proper Pasty Company as soon as I realised and they quickly changed the address to my Mums, so panic over! Excellent communication, very polite and super fast delivery. My mum was absolutely thrilled with her cream tea. I've just ordered again for my ex FIL's birthday. I think he's going to love it.
