Property Filter Avis

I had an obscure question. Moments later I was given an answer. Magic ! :-)

I found my first property deal, 5c Bed HMO. There is always someone available on line and they still forward you links to look at in your own time.
With all the resources available on the platform and the site The team provide regular tutorials and interactive training to inform your knowledge.
You also get the opportunity to bring a query which you are assisted with
You also receive useful alerts on updates and upcoming events.
Not being techno savvy this site gives me confidence to journey alone doing my searches and when needed, I know there is someone ob line to support me. Thanks team

He gave me the right information at the right time with a fast response. Very helpful.

Great platform and I got instant help to sort something I couldn't do on live chat when asked for it

needed help recently on property filter and chloe was a star pointing me in the right direction

Hi everyone, Only 3 days of using The Property Filter and it has already saved me £15k, as i revised a previous purchase offer. After using apps filters comparables, I realised I was paying £15k above what the deal was worth, the data presented is like having insider information. If this is what i’ve saved after 3 days being on the free trial, full membership is a no brainer for me. One very happy customer!!!!!

Great service, great for comps

Whatever the query they always have an answer, very knowledgeable, quick response and delivered in a friendly, efficient, manner.
Could not be better.

An incredible tool for property buyers. I also just asked a question from support - immediate response, very knowledgeable and helpful. Impressive!

Was vey responsive and helpful in assisting with my trial subscription.

I can't recall if I already gave a review but either way, I must say that this product is amazing. I can't believe the time it saves and when viewing, sellers can't understand how I know so much about the property. In addition, the product is updated regularly as well as a very handy App I can use while on the go.

Property filter is a great tool for property investors, it gives concentrated information with the hit of a button rather than spending hours in the web and in excel to organise the information. I would recommend it to everyone.

I have used Property Filter since November 2023, it is a vital part of my property business, whether I find deals on on the software or use it as a CRM system to tack my progress and carry out due diligence. I have had big success in sending targeted direct to vendor letters. Thanks to Guillaume and the team for the support! Send letters do deals.

The proccess and strategies laid out by Property Filter are so clear and easy to understand. The community they have brought together are so helpful and supportive and I've taken so many useful things from many people

I have been using property filter for the last few months now and it has really changed my experience and my outlook of property and the property industry. Despite doing deals, I have used the educational resources which have been invaluable! The community and the support within property filter has been amazing and inspiring!

Great software to use, it is also very easy to use. Friendly and supportive staff and overall very pleased. Guillaume is the man!

Property Filter is amazing! Saves so much time finding property deals for your specific strategy. The platform offers a wealth of resources to get you started. Guillaume and the whole team are fantastic and very helpful. Thank you so much.

With a lot of property training around you are always sceptical of the quality you are going to get. Property filter is in my opinion flying high above anything I have ever experienced. The community, the knowledge the training is exceptional and you really feel like you are become a part of a fantastic TEAM. A brilliant company who I look forward to working with for many years to come.
