What went wrong is the question? How bout for starters charging for a free service, FREE PUBLIC RECORDS is supposed to be just that 'FREE' just like all the other FREE SEARCH websites your commiting fraud. Secondly you actually have it on the beginning of the search where you say and I quote "START YOUR FREE SEARCH HERE" and then you impose a fee to view it THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISMENT also fraud and unless you change it I will report this site and have it shut down just like the 12 that I already ended and the 8 that will follow very soon. I wasn't asking for a subscription. I was just trying to purchase a file only. I can't opt out anywhere on the page, nor can I get in touch with anyone when I call the number provided. As far as I'm concerned now, this page is a scam. I will be accessing the proper channels, including the news media.

The company representative was very helpful, and courteous. I can give them 5 stars for that. I do feel that more information should be given about their automatic subscription from using the introductory "catch you". My thought for not realizing I needed to cancel something before being charged a larger monthly fee. It cost me the loss of my credit card and resetting several other accounts.
