I used this website in January and in March I received two separate charges on my credit card. One for 5.00 and one for 20.00. In January when I used their site I thought I was using a one time search and paid for it. Their web site is deceptive and consumers need to be aware. I called them and they gave me a refund.

CON-agreed to one charge was charged three different charges the same day.
CON-reoccurring monthly charges I did not agree to nor have any knowledge of.

When I ordered my home's property information I did not realize that I was signing up for a recurring charge. However, once I noticed it on my bank statement the customer service (AI bot) did a quick and thorough job of canceling the service and issuing a refund for the 2nd charge.

This was great for the report I needed, but I was unaware that this was a subscription service. The agent was helpful and canceled/refunded the second month immediately.
