This is the second time I have used Paul. He responds promptly and is very responsive to any questions or queries.
On both occasions his reports have been extremely thorough and very informative.

Everything was very professional and the report was outstanding. It told us everything we needed to know and then we had a follow up phone call afterwards to explain everything we did not understand, and he then offered further help as we were not from the area. Thank you.

Very efficient, replied to initial contact email within a few hours even at the weekend, had an appointment booked within a couple of days of phoning, and report back within 5 days of paying. Very detailed report that was easy to comprehend.

My wife and I were and still are very impressed and grateful for a in-depth survey on a property that we were interested in purchasing. Without having this very professional survey completed for us we could have landed ourselves in a very expensive long term purchase. Paul was very helpful and responsive from the get go. There was also a quick turnaround from the survey been completed through to us receiving the final report.
