Very thorough, concise and easy to understand report which contained more than I didn’t know I needed to know. Value for money. Loved the 3D view of each room.

We used PD property reports for an older house we were looking to buy near Selby. The service was super efficient and the report was extremely comprehensive with lots of photographs and explanations and pointed out areas we need to investigate further. Paul was fantastic, spending over an hour on the phone with us talking through the report and answering all our questions. He also arranged a gas and electrical safety survey too which saved us a lot of extra work as we don’t live locally. I would certainly recommend Paul to anyone else looking to buy in the area

Easy to contact. Clearly explanation of what they offer and which type of survey is best for your needs. Arranging survey was done with ease and no hassle. Report is very in depth but easy to understand and with good advice. In all very good and satisfactory service provided. High recommended.

The team were fab, the report is fully inclusive and although not the cheapest on here, service and the follow up call we great and helped us understand the problems. It saved us £2500 on re-negotiating the sale price. Thank you and will recommend you to friends.

Survey, Selby, Mr Homes - July 2019

Found Paul to be very thorough when undertaking the survey. Was very helpful and true to his word, even revisited the property to inspect area that was inaccessible when carrying out the initial survey.
Would certainly recommend this company.

I wanted a local surveyor to look at a property I’m buying, so I did a quick Google search and took a chance on Paul and John.

I went for the full buildings survey (Level 3), even though Paul spent some time trying to convince me that I didn’t need to spend that much! Honestly, this report was cheap for what I got and especially for the size of the house.

The report is detailed and thorough, full of pictures and way better than the one I got on my current house (which was through the mortgage company). The follow-up phone call helped me prioritise what would need doing first and what my solicitor would need to check up on.

I’m normally pretty suspicious of reviews that are this positive, so feel free to check out my other reviews! I don’t post much but I can be rather critical...

Paul has been exceptionally professional and thorough from start to finish. From the moment I phoned to enquire about a property survey to the follow up phone calls post property visit, he has been nothing but helpful. Everything has been explained in clear laymen's terms and has made what can be a stressful process much less stressful!! Nothing was too much trouble and the report we received was a very detailed 82 page analysis of the condition of the property with photos.
I cannot recommend PD Property Reports highly enough! Thank you again Paul.
