Excellent service. I called Pete on Monday and by Wednesday afternoon the EPC was done. He was quick and efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Pete to anyone looking to have an EPC.

Peter turned up on time. He was very friendly and informative and gave me confidence. I was glad that I'd chosen Peter out of all the assessors out there. Sometimes choosing someone from scratch, can be like playing bingo - hoping for the best. Peter was great and I'm very pleased that I was able to 'get it right first time'
