After reading the great reviews on HomeStars, I’m very happy to have chosen Protection Plus for my home security needs. The Sales guy, Steven Z. was very helpful in explaining everything. He shows real pride in his company’s accomplishments and treated us with respect. Steven answered all my questions and got back to be right away when I sent him additional questions.
The Technician / Installer Joe S. seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and did the job in a timely manner. When he was done, he explained the operation to us in a clear and easy to understand manner. Great attitude and personality.

Both the technician and Consultant were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
All of our questions were answered and we ended up with an alarm system and monitoring perfectly tailored to our family’s unique needs.

The transfer to Protection plus was seamless. Staff were very good checked all devices out and took my puppy into consideration as well learned about our devices too

I have had my business security protected with Protection Plus for almost 2 years now. They gained my trust and continue to gain my trust so I can sleep peacefully at night without worrying if someone will break into my business store. I would like to share one of the recent instances which has made me recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a security protection. One day, there was a power surge in our store and the power was cut in the room where we had our protection Plus device connected. Within 5 mins of power cut, I received a call from protection plus customer service, saying that they lost connection with our store and if everything is ok at our end.
I highly recommend taking security protection with Protection Plus.

Great equipment set up and monitoring services!

I subscribed to Protection Plus' basic service as I already had a system installed. My interaction with the company was reasonably simple and the installer did a quick "take-over" installation. No problems at all. Would recommend.

The Protection Plus team were very professional and patient when changing over from another company and upgrading our alarm system. We've had our original wiring for 20 years so we didn't know if we would have to change everything that would incur a big cost. Steven provided options that best suited our needs. No sales pressure which is always refreshing. John who came and installed was very knowledgeable as we had additional concerns/questions when he was onsite. Very helpful. Protection Plus is a company you should consider.
