Quick and easy to fill in forms…only one question was difficult when it asks if you’re going to take more or less than £50,000.00 and then puts it down as you expect to make £50,000.00…..well actually we are hoping to make £1,000.00 a lot of difference and no opportunity to change the amount.

I’ve been searching for public…
I’ve been searching for public liability insurance online and it’s my first time having to get it for a one off event. Most of the websites are so tedious with the amount of questions they have and I almost gave up. Protectivity was simple, direct and quick from getting quote to purchasing the cover. Price seem reasonable too and the cover met the event organiser’s expectation so all good!

Poor level of cover
Gave me an inadequate level of cover for the industry and when I tried to raise it to the industry standard they upped the cost. What’s the point in insuring me if you can’t give me adequate cover without a premium? I’m glad I cancelled.
