I bought a brand new heat press in May…
I bought a brand new heat press in May 2024 for my commercial printing business - it was broken in 3 weeks. They did send a new one and it has been just as bad - screws coming loose and breaking, the automatic release broke in a week or so, and now the main bolt that holds the top on has broken in half - it could have caused serious injury! It has been 16 months - 2 new machines and still not in working order - really is a bad investment!!

I go to Pro World for all my iron on transfer needs. They are friendly and professional and have a quick turnaround time. Their design team is always available to offer helpful advice and to adjust any issues with my custom designs. Their products are high quality and I have never had an issue with application. I bought a brand new trans pro plus heat press. It didn’t work from the beginning. I’ve been trying to work with them to replace this. Anthony is working tirelessly, but this is ridiculous that a brand new expensive heat press doesn’t work and I can’t get it replaced in a timely manner
