I was a huge fan and loved them for all my supplies and how fast they shipped things to me. I’m going to give them the befit for now that they are changing their website but right now I am not happy with the fact I can’t get the htv I’ve been using for years and love and I also ordered custom transfers and when I log in it shows I have no orders or artwork saved but my credit card was charged. So not impressed with the new changes so far.

When this company runs a sell, it is really good, because I would have thought twice about purchasing the item at full price. Shipping is great. I love the idea of receiving rewards and I wish the rewards were more.

I feel the only thing they need to improve on is that when an item is out of stock that give the customer the option to ship what is in or they can wait and Pro world will ship everything together at the same time. But let the customer know and they can decide.

I still don't have my order and it's not easy to get ahold of you guys. I wanted to ask if it normally takes you this long to ship items out. Tracking says another 3 days for delivery.

Quick shipping - even thought it takes 8 days to arrive in Idaho - they were shipped out quickly.
