I won a prize on O2 however wasn’t working on the PRSNT app contacted customer service and they asked my to forward winning e mail. Dan sorted it out and I was able to redeem my M&S prize.

Just to clarify — the gift was successfully delivered by your daughter using our app, and the technology worked exactly as it should: she selected a Waitrose & Partners eGift card, and it was sent to you instantly.
That eGift can be used both online at Waitrose.com and in most Waitrose stores. Unfortunately, motorway service stations are often franchises, which means they don’t always accept standard Waitrose vouchers — something outside our control.
We understand it’s disappointing if the location wasn’t convenient, but the gift was valid and redeemable — just not at that particular branch. If you’d like help using it online instead, just get in touch with us at info@prsnt.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to guide you through it.

Coercive way to build a business.
I also had an offer with O2 priority. I think it needs to be clearer for people that the recipient also has to download the prsnt app to receive their gift, which in my opinion, feels a bit coercive in itself. My Mum's phone wouldn't let her access the app and when I reported this, I did initially get a response from prsnt but it's been over a week now and no further response or information so it looks like I've lost my money from trying to do a good deed. Would not recommend. Lots of hassle which is not what people need in this day and age.

Thanks for your review — though we’re sorry to hear the experience didn’t land as intended.
Just to clear things up: the O2 Priority offer does state (before any payment is made) that the gift is a digital Waitrose eGift card, which can be used online or in-store to buy any flowers the recipient chooses. It also clearly mentions that the recipient will need to download the Prsnt app to open and use their gift — this is how we securely deliver all gifts sent via our platform.
We understand not everyone reads every detail, but everything is outlined both on the offer page and in our T&Cs. We’re sorry your mum’s phone didn’t support the app — older devices can occasionally run into issues, and we do try to help where possible.
We built Prsnt to make gifting thoughtful and flexible, not frustrating — and we’ll always listen to feedback, even if we think some of it might come from a bit of a misunderstanding.

Won 02 £5 for flowers and free flowers for me. Dont bother it doesn't work. A waste of a £5. Tried to contact them via live chat, didn't answer query. They emailed me i responded but they never responded to my email. Contacted 02 as thought it might be scam, they asked for code god knows where I find that

Thanks for your feedback and we're sorry you’ve had a confusing experience.
Just to clarify, this offer with O2 Priority is completely legitimate – you send a £5 bunch of flowers to someone, and as a thank you, you get a second one for yourself, all through the Prsnt app. The code to redeem your gift was included in the original email you received from O2 – it’s usually right in the body of the message and easy to copy over.
We haven’t seen a reply from you to our last email – apologies if that was missed – but we’re more than happy to help you get this sorted. Just forward the original O2 email (with the code) to info@prsnt.co.uk and we’ll walk you through the steps.

Good if you and the recipient understand the concept
I have used this app recently one of my friends loves it and recommended it aswell as O2 priority offer. I think the wording of how you gift can be misleading but once you understand the concept and are happy to send that way then it's great if the recipient also understands how it works

So I love the concept of the app and…
So I love the concept of the app and through O2 I was lucky enough to be able to gift a present and receive one (a free ‘bunch of flowers’) but isn’t clear exactly what was to be sent to my friend.
I received a voucher for Waitrose to get myself some flowers- great but there’s not many Waitrose in the north of England…
Also, did she get an actual bunch in the post as I thought she would… or did she get a voucher to ‘get her own’ present…. I’m still not sure what I sent as the iOS app isn’t very clear or very good.
The process of buying is clunky with lots of information asked for and seemingly mandatory sections like a video intro that I didn’t want to use.
Would rate 5* if the ordering process was slicker and clearer to a first time user

Can’t register Prsnt app
I previously had a Prsnt account but deleted it as it didn’t allow me to update my email address.
I have received an o2 priority offer and so downloaded the app again to register using my new email address but it won’t let me as saying I’ve previously registered on this device. Also tried to register via Apple account but says account blocked.
No response from customer services previously and still not resolved so can’t redeem my o2 priority offer now!
