Absolute scam. Been following the page for a couple years on instagram (psychorebelxx), usually asked for a "password" to enter their site and suddenly always have sales on sets. Horrible that places like ShopPay work with a con artist.

Complete scam!!! Ordered over 5 months ago. Since I kept messaging them on Instagram about my order they blocked me and stopped answering emails about 2 months ago.

A scam company. Placed an order in 2017, it’s now 2022 and I haven’t received ANYTHING. No refunds either.

save your money dont buy from here or any new websites they open, i lost over $100. they have not even replied to any of my contact attempts and its been two months and nothing in the mail.

I tried buying a pair of crocs back in January 2022. It was never shipped, so I knew I was scammed. I emailed multiple times, messaged their Instagram, and commented on stuff. No response. Plus on the tracking app SHOP, it usually provides a link to the company’s account (that you purchased from) and Psycho Rebel was non existent. Don’t waste your time.

Same here. Scammed for almost $200, emailed multiple times with no response. That Lilithgoth is also part of the scam & they got their money too. What they didn’t figure is this time they got someone who works for DOC & IT is all over tracking these people. There may just be some justice!

I ordered something on 10/15/2021 for my birthday. When about two weeks went by with no shipping details I suspected I was scammed. I have emailed customer service and direct messaged on IG multiple times, they’re IG is extremely active by the way, and have gotten no response. I’m going to contact my bank for a refund and I’ve filed a complaint with the FTC, and will file a BBB complaint as well.

Scam scam scam ! How is this business still running ? It's literally bought on a mountain of scams and money stealing.
The contests that they hold are FAKE if you win you will receive NOTHING. Do not buy from them

Got scammed out of $100! Waited and waited for my items, no responses to e-mails. Wish I would have read these reviews first. CROOKS! How are they allowed to operate?!

Ordered in may for my birthday, still get ignored and left 200€, gonna file a suit against them from Germany

I ordered a sweater and a bikini from this site over 4 months ago!I received a confirmation email and since I’ve emailed 3 times with no responses.my next move is to talk with my bank and hopefully get a refund!

i ordered about a year ago obviously it never came i emailed them months later complaining and they were so unbelievably rude saying i needed to wait for my order so i waited 6 months and it never came i did manage to get my money back through my bank. but it’s an absolute scam

So I purchased and got sent a confirmation email... and they took the money; and I never received the product. I have contacted my bank and gotten my money back... but also reissued a new card so they no longer have my details at all. But pretty rude person just kept resending me the shipping information and the “no refund policy” and deleted my screenshot of the confirmation email... very horrible experience. Very disappointed.

I made a purchase via Instagram back in December 2020. I have only received an email confirming my order and that’s it. It has been beyond their shipping policy and never received my items. I have also reached out multiple times via email with NO response. Reached out via Instagram and was told they sent my info to their shipping department. This business is a scam. Whoever I was talking to on Instagram, kept ignoring me. Then “heart” my message saying I was going to call my bank and dispute the charge. Thanks for all the evidence I needed.

Wish I saw all these reviews before purchasing way back in October. Never received product and I tried disputing the charge so we will see how that goes.

I’ve been trying to contact them for months and no one has reached out to me :( so sad

I wish I could give them a zero star rating . They never shipped my order . It’s been months / I have sent countless emails , as long as messages via social media and they blatantly ignore you . I lost almost 200 dollars to them and I am now pressing charges . Google reviews , they do this to everyone apparently .

BLOCKED ME AFTER ORDERING FROM THEIR SCAM INSTAGRAM LINK. MISOFREAKY AND PSYCHOREBELXX NEED TO BE TAKEN DOWN THIS IS A SCAM FRAUD AND NEEDS TO BE HANDLED

Psycho rebel are just a fraudulent site set up to scam people. After MONTHS of your item not even being shipped they will claim that either covid is causing delays or that they are waiting for your order to be restocked. Neither of these things are true, your order will never arrive and they will stop responding to your emails and block you. There is nothing legitimate about a site that does not fulfil its orders.

Spent $300 and got ignored, wish I read reviews before I bought 😔
