Pubcrawls Avis 

UPDATE: Pubcrawls responded quickly to my complaint, issued a refund, and offered free passes to another event. I am now open to giving them another shot.

I have requested a refund from the organizer for my five pub crawl passes for the following reasons:

Check-in: Vye Cocktail Lounge had no drink specials, their ‘signature drink’ was a small, red white and blue $14 cocktail for any patron that walked in the door. That’s it, literally nothing else.

Stop 2: Brewery Emperial didn’t even know about the event. They were gracious enough to sell us beer at their happy hour prices. But again, literally nothing else.

Stop 3: Border Brewing Company had three drink specials. But again, literally nothing else.

Final stop: Jade Jaguar CLOSED.

That was it - that was the pub crawl I purchased five wrist bands for three participants with no food specials, no music and dancing, NOTHING but a couple of $5 beers.

This was our first and likely our last pub crawl with this company as it was an absolute joke and a waste of money.

I attended their Halloween Pub Crawl and I had such an amazing time! Some bars were new and offered pretty good deals! I'm excited to go to the next one!

We bought tickets for a NYE pubcrawl in Charleston SC. We only got into one bar and after 9.30pm all people with the pubcrawlz wristbands were denied entrance in all the listed places. Their representative in place was almost crying as everybody was angry with her. When I emailed them for a refund they stated their policy does not allow refunds...
Update: we were offered a refund and 4 free tickets for a Saint Patrick's day pubcrawl. Satisfactory solution.

I attended the Ventura New Year’s Eve Pub Crawl, and it was a massive disappointment. The event was advertised as including free entry and drink specials at four bars, but two of those bars had no agreement with the organizer to participate. One bar even confirmed this organizer had falsely listed them in the past without their consent, leading to frustrated patrons showing up expecting benefits that were never agreed upon.

The remaining two bars offered no unique perks; everything provided was also available to the general public. The only thing attendees received for our ticket price was a small, juice-heavy “shot” in a plastic ketchup cup at the first bar.

This company clearly engages in deceptive practices. My attempts to resolve this with the organizer were ignored, and their only response was to offer credit for future events… completely unacceptable after this scam. Save yourself the money and avoid Pubcrawls.com entirely.

Went out on the Halloween bar crawl tonight with my friends, we had a blast! The staff was super friendly when we checked in, and took our photo for us :)

Had such a great time on the Halloween Pubcrawls in houston! Super fun vibe, the venues were all really cool and great service!

Bought tickets for Nashville Pub Crawl. Went to get wristbands to gain entry to all the bars. No one from Bar Crawl showed up and venue said they were not affiliated with them. Can't reach anyone for refund. Total scam.

I ordered tickets through Eventbrite for two pub crawls this weekend. One was supposed to be Friday 10/25 and the other 10/26. The Friday crawl was moved to Saturday for who knows what reason (Why two crawls on the same night in a small city, I have no idea. Seems stupid. But whatever.)
Obviously I cannot be in two places at once, so I asked for a refund (eventbrite said they can only refund if the event is canceled, so I have to go though the host, PubCrawls.com). I have been emailing trying to get a refund for THEIR schedule change and they are ignoring my emails.
