Worked with Public Nectar for the last few months and can’t fault them. Weekly meetings, stats on the brands performance and constantly thinking of new initiatives were only a few of things they constantly did. We were on the fence originally but so glad we made the jump to them!

Excellent onboarding process - having not used an agency before I wasn't sure what to expect, or what I'd need to do, but the team made it easy. Martha was amazing, streamlining and organising the account. It was a smooth transition and everything was explained to me at each stage.

I enjoyed looking at the account to see what had been implemented, and was really impressed to see Martha was very quickly on the same page as me, in terms of making adjustments that I would have made myself. I felt I was in very safe hands!

We are working with Public Nectar since beginning of 2024 for our Fine Jewellery Brand with enormous number of products. We always knew this is going to be quite a ride as just the sheer number of products mean a great deal of trials & errors to find a right mix.
We now feel that working with Keaton, we have managed to achieve just that. We are seeing results where we are targeting right customer with the right product mix, something that seemed quite far fetched at the beginning of the year. We've been working with Public Nectar for 6+ months now.

Dan was brilliant as a first point of contact, understanding our business needs and connecting us to the right people in the team.

Rodi has been our account lead for Paid Social and has been brilliant. She completely understands our brand vision and what we want to achieve. Rodi is very proactive on the account, always looking for new opportunities and is very easy to work with on a personal level.

CaC has decreased by 66% since PN took over, with Rodi still identifying clear opportunities for further improvement.

Lastly, Public Nectar are very good at collaborating across agencies, with proactive comms to share what is & isn't working in the account so the learnings can be shared across channels.

I have been working with Public Nectar now since January 2024 so approaching the 6 month mark and i have to say i am very pleased with the service overall.

We currently use PN for Google Ads and Email Marketing and couldn't recommend them enough.

Particular shout outs to our account managers Paulo and Rad who are brilliant at executing plans and coming up with strategies to hit our targets.

High ROAS on Google Ads (whilst continuing to increase budgets) and high Open Rates, Conversions and really good retention strategies on the Emails.

If you are considering using Public Nectar for either of these services i would say stop considering and just go for it!
