I have contacted them after I saw an ad on instagram then I received an email asking me to fill out a form which I did however It didn’t give me chance to book a call so I emailed Lewis back and explained that the automated form didn’t give me the option to book a call and I would love to speak to them regarding this issue and that was on 16th June and he didn’t hear back yet. Having been stung by an agency in the past I was wary of handing over our Facebook ads to someone else.
I needn't have worried. The whole process has been incredibly easy and professional. The team are great, and you're able to schedule a call/Zoom very quickly to discuss anything.
