I found Ken through his YouTube channel and decided to join Publisher Mastery Academy after spending more than a year trying to make progress with KDP on my own.

What I really like about the course is how clearly everything is laid out. Ken takes you through the process step by step, making what can sometimes feel complicated much easier to understand and apply. The training is practical, thorough, and focused on building a system you can use repeatedly.

The weekly video calls are another big advantage. Ken is very approachable and responsive to questions, and the calls provide a great mix of Q&A and practical training, including seeing him work through things like keyword research and validation in real time.

Overall, I’ve found the course to be excellent value and the ongoing support has made a real difference. I’m very pleased I joined and feel much more confident moving forward with my KDP publishing journey.

I have really enjoyed learning all about the publishing process from Ken. He is such a great teacher! His videos are very thorough, and he always makes sure to answer any questions that we may have. I have also taken another course to learn about publishing, but this course has thousands of people in it, so it's hard to get a real grasp on all of the information in an efficient way. Ken breaks the whole process down, A to Z, without any fluff!! He shows the exact process to become a successful new publisher. What I like about Ken's teaching style is his no-nonsense, straightforward approach. If you do the work, the results will be there. He's not a YouTube influencer; he's a coach/educator. I think that style suits most people in the program.

I joined PMA on November 2, 2024, after watching Ken’s videos for several months on YouTube about being a self-publisher with Amazon KDP.

I got a lot out of Ken’s YouTube videos, liked his style of presenting, and wanted to see if I could further my self-publishing journey by joining PMA. I wasn’t disappointed.

Ken presents everything naturally and clearly, without any fluff. There’s no selling - just straightforward, cut-and-dry information. The course includes everything you need: a full curriculum, tools, and templates, all focused on what works on KDP, why it works, and how to implement it. And Ken is there to guide you through the entire process.

He’s approachable and available when needed, and on top of that, being part of a like-minded community, who also provide valuable insights, is an incredible bonus I hadn’t really considered before joining.

The most valuable lesson I learned from PMA (and directly from Ken) when I first started going through the material was knowing what books not to create and publish. Before joining, I wasted too much time creating dead books (ones that wouldn’t sell). Removing this inefficiency and focusing on books that actually have sales potential has transformed my approach and given me clarity and direction.

I now fully understand what makes a book successful on Amazon KDP, and I’m on my way to achieving my ultimate goal: becoming a full-time self-published author.

Ken's program has been incredible! I have been following his YouTube channel for a while and find his lessons jam-packed with fantastic information. He is honest and forth-coming and will give you his opinion when asked. It is great to be a part of a group that genuinely cares about one another and has such valuable wisdom.

Publisher Mastery Academy consists of a course and a community – both excellent, especially for a beginner in self-publishing like me.

Ken’s course is a very detailed and informative program that guides you step by step through the self-publishing process. Ken has a calm and practical way of explaining his method which I find very engaging, and he offers the opportunity to send intermediate steps such as keyword, book title, book cover etc. to him for approval. You can also book a one-on-one coaching call with him if you need more guidance.

The community keeps growing and is filled with kind, supportive people who actively help each other and encourage one another along the way. Ken is very involved in the community, responding to questions promptly, hosting weekly Q&A calls (which are recorded for those who can’t attend), and continuously adding new features.

For the value the program offers it’s very affordable. Highly recommended!

I wish that I had found Ken's program first before launching two books/planners. While my content was solid, I learned about keyword validation and the nuances in every step of the process from a high-performer ... and I know that I wouldn't have published what I originally did. Save yourself time in the learning curve because Ken is totally hands-on with spot on guidance. The community is also wonderfully supportive and able to offer sound advice from multiple perspectives. Ken should actually charge more than what he does for this course and community. Very grateful to be here.

I'm still kind of new to the whole thing, but Ken could not have created a better space for this. An engaged community always interacting, answering questions, offering up suggestions, etc... It's a much more conducive environment to learn and grow an online business if that's your goal. On the actual course content side, absolutely brilliant, I'm anxiously awaiting the launch of my first book, but Ken's material, examples, weekly calls etc all help me feel confident in that I've done the work, and I will see success.

If you are willing to put the work in and follow his strategy you will get there! I'm half way through the course and I've learned so much already, stuff that other you tubers 'don't reveal' he puts out there with full transparency. Cost is also another factor, it's actually affordable in small monthly payments rather than a heart stopping big lump that very few people can come up with nowadays. He has made it accessible to anyone who wants to learn KDP. Would also say his templates and techniques are better than any of the chrome extensions I've tried. There are weekly live meet ups for Q&As which you can also watch later if you've missed it and you can meet with him on a 1-1 for a chat. No hidden costs, just an open honest course and support group. I would highly recommend PMA and Ken to anyone wanting to learn KDP - If you want to earn, you have to learn!
