Support is reliable/knowledgeable and uptime is fantastic. Been a loyal vps/seedbox customer for 8 years.

the SSD shared seedboxes are great for getting ratio on private sites. (also for bittorrent sites) . (the traffic is rolling over 30days, so if you don't want to runout of data, you should only use an average of data each day.)
on the shared seedbox i have had problems, they respond within 5 days. it gets fixed, but” patience is a virtue”…

i like the pulsed media seed boxes because i can download data to my home computer at a speed that does NOT seem like DSL speeds. (on the shared for me 30-60 MBps. on the Basic dedicated seed box 20MBps (can vary) there are plenty of seedboxes that i have tried, but they tend to have low transfer speed to canada.

I received a near immediate response to my ticket. The resolution of the problem took several days. It was clearly identified immediately by the customer service representative, who worked repeatedly to resolve the situation ending in a good result. I have used pulse media seedboxes for many many years and recommend them highly.

Pulsed Media is stable, reliable service and much cheper than competition. Good support too.

Overall, ok as long as things are working, but resolving problems is like a very unsatisfactory trip to the dentist. I eventually gave up and found a better service.

When it works it's fine. But when it goes wrong, you're mostly on your own. Ticket times are in days rather than hours. It's cheap, so if you're ok with that then it's an option. For me, the money saved isn't worth enough to make the customer service acceptable. Went back to Ultra.cc

Support is very quick to respond and any issues are sorted out quickly.
Performance is as advertised.
Service is very rarely offline and when it is, it is back up with very little downtime.

I've been a customer for a very long time. In more than 10 years I only had a couple of issues, promptly resolved by the team. Highly recommended

I am client for Years, and did not encountered much trouble. And if trouble occurred helpdesk is fast to help.

Cant say i've experienced some of the issues others have had, they've been pretty good.

I have been using the server and storage for many years and I have nothing to complain about. Always available and if I have an issue this is really taken care off swiftly.

Pulsed always responds quickly to tickets and Ive only experienced 2-3 tech issues in the last 6 years Ive been with them.

Good service, sometimes the control panel is not clear and migrating to a different machine can be a pain, but i world recommend this service to my friends

A brilliant company to deal with, reasonably priced services. Support is second to none, any problems are sorted out swiftly

Overall functionality is great, file retrieval, torrents ads etc. I only request when tickets are open they are replied to (non bot) in 24 hours vs 72 to indicate awareness and seeking resolution.

Worst company out there. Use a google search or read at reddit. They lure you with cheap Seedboxes in long term contracts put you on old hardware and have no support at all. What a bunch of amateurs

I have used Pulsed Media for over 5 years and am amazed how bullet proof the service has been
I can only remember 1 time that the service was down over 24 hours and was notified prior to the disruption an an explanation was given for the disruption. There were upgraded servers installed during the disruption.
Any other disruption were explained by email and were all corrected in a timely manner.
Would recommend anyone interested in using a seed box to use Pulsed Media.
