I love this app!!!

Love, love, love this!!! The only thing i have a problem with is when you redeem your winnings it can take up to a week before it goes into your bank account. I mean you do actually get paid when you win so that’s great but there is a lot of other casino apps that pay you the same day you cash out. Other then that, this app is my absolute favorite. You can’t play alot of these games on any other site so i can live with waiting on my winnings to be able to play my favorite slots so thanks!!!

I been playing at pulsz casino…

I been playing at pulsz casino platforms for over a year and last month I won 100$ each time on the slot machine but they paid me for the first time but I've sent emails and calls to them trying to find out what happened to the other 100$ they owe me but I haven't heard anything about it to this day SMH but for the most part I've had fun at the online casino but I would appreciate it if they were as honest as I am and pay up!

3DS Payment Failure

I’ve been playing on this platform for several years. They recently added a 3DS feature on the payments. It does not work with my payment methods. I’ve been using the same form of payment this whole time. Natine was calling on a regular basis to check in. She called a month ago and asked why I wasn’t playing anymore. I told her the 3dS was preventing me from using my payment methods. She said she would check into it. She called me back the next day and said the 3DS was removed from my account so I was able to add money again. I played up until last week when the 3DS was added back to my account. I have sent multiple emails to her and had no response. Another person named Rayle responded instead. I’ve been told once again that the “Relevant Team” says they can’t remove this buuuuut they did before. Pulze is willing to loose a good customer over some security feature. I will not be returning to play another dime. Well I couldn’t if I even wanted to. They don’t accept my payments anymore. They are not even willing to explain it. Just keep saying the same thing over and over. My issue is why did you take it off once before and allow it to add it back a month later??

I was spending roughly 800 to 1000 a day playing whether I won or not. I get that I am only one account but look at all the other people this prevents. I’m not the only once that pays like this. I have at least 15 friends that can no longer play here.

We have no issues using this form of payment on Crown Coins, Real Prize, Lonestar, Baba, Modo casinos. Pulze must not like making money anymore.

This is my last attempt to get this resolved. If Pulze is not willing to fix the issue then I will close my account and and just play elsewhere. It’s pretty sad that this is even happening or that I have to write this long review.
