Public Responses, no actual resolution
I am posting a new review because, despite receiving public responses on Trustpilot stating that my concerns are being reviewed, I still have not received any meaningful response to my emails or support requests.
For weeks, I have been trying to get assistance with multiple issues on my account, including:
• Pending April 2026 AMOE entries that remain uncredited despite some of my April entries already being processed
• A request for my current AMOE entry count
• The Live Chat customer service feature that was advertised with packages I purchased but has never appeared on my account
The most frustrating part is that my support tickets continue to be closed without answering my questions. Instead of receiving actual assistance, I receive automated satisfaction surveys as if the issue has been resolved when it has not.
Trustpilot replies stating that my case is under review are appreciated, but they are not a substitute for direct communication or resolution. I am still waiting for someone to review my account, explain why my tickets are being closed, provide an update on my pending AMOE entries, and address the missing Live Chat feature.
I am not asking for special treatment; only clear communication and a response to the concerns I have repeatedly raised.
