items are not as pictured. They look wonderful on the site but are cheap material when they arrive and you go around in circles trying to make a return. Will not be ordering from them again.

The items apparently ship from an area of China that is not approved by US Customs.
Items are seized by Customs without explanation and are never delivered.

Company says they are not responsible for items "lost in shipping."

The worst company I have ever seen. They are fraud. The sizing chart is not correct. Material is very cheap. Color is not accurate. No return. No phone contact. Nobody answered my multiple e-mail to change the size. If it was possible,, I gave them zero or even negative star! Just fraud!

It’s a scam, beware

I ordered several hoodies from this place. They arrived and are the cheapest ugliest hoodies I ever say. I requested the return/refund information the very same day these arrived. I am on my Third request now and still have not heard from anyone. I would not and never will again order from this place

I ordered drawstring sweat pants, and received regular pants with zip-up front and belt loops. I e-mailed them for a return label over a week ago, still no response.

I purchased two jackets on 1/7/24, and received them today. One was supposed to be XL and the other XXXL. I ordered for men, but seemed to have gotten for children. I wear XL, and it seemed like a small woman's. Even the XXXL I purchased for my son didn't even come close to fitting me. I do not even know how to return them, as I wasn't emailed anything to tell me about the order. Do not buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company uses dishonest advertising . A shirt was advertised on sale for $13.00 but they charged $32.50.
When contacting the company to advise them of the error and sending a copy of the ad to reenforce our complaint they said sorry the price is 32.50. By the verbiage in the email you can deduce the company is not American run and their business practices are underhanded.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES This company is a bunch of scammers and thieves. I made a purchase in Punktrendy of sports clothes and accessories. In the shipping notes I indicated that they made the delivery at any time from 15:00 that we were at home. They showed up on November 13 at 12:35 and called me by phone indicating that no one was home, they were told that until 15:00 there would be no one home; they replied that they would try again in 48 hours. I never heard from them again, I only saw in the tracking of the shipment that they had tried again on the 15th at 12:42; I doubt very much that they would ever show up, but as a result of the latter I never heard from my order again. After 4 phone calls I was told that they stored it for a new delivery and so the days passed and never heard from my package. Today, November 29, Punktrendy confirms that my parcel has been "destroyed" and that they will not return the money, nor will they send it back. I have lost more than 46€, scammed and scammed. Spunktrendy has kept my purchase. I will file a complaint with the Police.

I have just tried to get my money back via Mastercard, cant get a thing.
This punky trendy company have everything watertight.
1: No follow up order confirmation.
2: when package arrived, No invoice.
Both of these are required to get money back through mastercard.
3: None of us read fully through terms and conditions, states you can only return to Asia, fully at your cost. Nearly half the price again of there TRASH shorts, And if they arrive back to them they will then make the decision wether to make a refund but this may only be a %.
NEVER NEVER buy anything from tis company.
I will just say they where on Facebook... BEWARE

Do not buy any shorts!
Received 4 shorts. 2 one with different white color! All with different shapes, more like skirts than shorts with a very thin tissue. Nothing to see with ads on Facebook.

Not even worth 1 star Avoid this company at all cost.
£28 down the drain super looking shorts on Facebook page, tight to leg, my leg diameter is 19 inch, Shorts 28 inch, fabric so thin you could shoot peas through them, most likely made in china for about 20 pence. i wont go on anymore. Just avoid this company

I wish I had read the reviews first.

They sent 2 items (out of 3) that were nothing like the photos.

And then when I asked to return them, they kept trying to bully me into accepting a discount. Why would I want a discount on items I did not order i.e. 30% discount, means I am paying 70% for something I don't want!!!

Then when I finally get them to understand I want to return the item they tell me I have to return it to Asia at considerable cost. Disgusting.

Please do not use these guys. Flash adverts don't mean a good product and caring service.

The shorts I purchased look nothing like the photo. I ordered my size. They are huge... and legs are super baggy. I should have trusted my gut on this one but once again was taken. Horrible.

I placed an order online and what I received was extremely low quality and not as advertised... I asked to return the items three times without a response. I had to escalate the issue to PayPal and they finally responded... They wanted me to return the order to CHINA even though the order was fulfilled from New Jersey and the address was super sketchy and invalid in China. The costs to do so were greater than the order total and their terms say they're not liable for any refunds if the products aren't returned (Which is convenient to say they just never arrived due to the invalid address)

Long story short is I got screwed and couldn't return it, just like countless others that I now see after the fact.

Product does not fit, plus quality of material is low. So I’ve reached out twice via email for refund or exchange and no response. I tried calling and # is out of service. Think twice b4 ordering (I will never ever order again..)

Horribly made garments. Ordered two pairs of shorts. Terrible fit and super thin fabric. Emailed twice for refund and return info. No response. Phone number doesn't work. Definitely got scammed.

Be careful when making purchase from this site. Once you make the purchase of your not completely satisfied they make ridiculous offer for refund.
Even after following correct process it’s now been over two months and still haven’t received full refund as promised,

They sent me the wrong size, and after weeks of trying for a replacement, I had to count the order as a loss
