Great service

I was looking for a harness for my giant breed dog (Newfoundland) after he injured his neck and we couldn't use his usual collar.
He is already recovering from major leg surgery so he has to walk as part of his rehab BUT cannot be allowed to walk too quickly!
I wanted one that was a Y shape (the other kinds I had read restrict their natural movements and can cause shoulder problems) was padded nicely to make it comfortable, had a front clip to reduce to pulling, was easy to get on and off and was the kind that didn't need tension on the lead to stay up so that when he can go off his lead again it will still be suitable.
I asked in several dog Facebook groups and this brand was recommended by a lot of people and luckily I found the design I liked was reduced in the xl!
Used it last night for the first time and it worked well.
My only suggestions for improvement would be a next day delivery option as we were in the position of being unable to walk our boy until we got a harness as we couldn't use his usual collar so we had to buy a different harness to use temporarily until this one arrived, which with the weekend in between took 6 days.
Also a larger or extra front clip to attach a light or tags would be a bonus! (with giant breeds a light up tag on the back doesn't work as well as they're higher up!)
I would also like the option of plain colours and a waterproof leather type fabric as I think our boys will get them muddy very quickly! but I understand that most people will be drawn to the fun designs!

Love the harness, it’s so cute! What we didn’t realize was when we received it that the logo was upside down on the harness, Sam swapped it over with no problem at all. We received it back so quickly. It’s definitely a 5 star from us!! Thank you! ✨✨✨✨✨
