We organise nurturing and therapeutic puppy-led wellness events whereby we invite an adorable litter of puppies for our customers, and the puppies, to enjoy puppy cuddles and puppy play. We do not participate in any yoga or additional activity during our sessions, instead our customers enjoy spending quality time watching, playing and stroking puppies and dogs to improve the well-being of each puppy and humans alike. It is scientifically proven that spending time with animals improves our mental, physical and psychological health. Interacting with animals has been shown to decrease levels of cortisol (an stress-related hormone) and lower blood pressure. A persons wellbeing and animal welfare is at the heart of our business. We strive to create unique and unforgettable events that provide positive and nurturing/loving interactions and aids our mental and psychological health. We will transform our event space into an outdoor oasis, with a white picket fence enclosure, artificial grass, cushions, blankets, music and more. This, we hope, will add to the overall wellness experience. Our Puppy Luv and Wellness experiences provide great therapy for us and the puppies.

Fabulous time at Puppy luv and Wellness!
My boyfriend and I had a fabulous time at Puppy luv last Saturday! What a clever idea the puppies are very loving, I would definitely do this again! A big thank you to the owner Serena!

Puptastic!
A great opportunity to spend a peaceful and playful hour with cute puppies, especially for those who are not able to own their own dog.
Serena, the host, was very friendly and chatty and is herself a dog-lover.

10/10 experience
I have been to a few sessions of Puppy Luv and it is absolutely amazing. I enjoy it even more each time I go. The puppies are so cute and I really feel like I'm relieved of all my stresses. Serena and her team are awesome - very knowledgeable and lovely and the fun facts about the puppies are appreciated. This is definitely an experience everyone should try especially if you love puppies. Thank you Serena 😊

Delightful Puppy Love experience!!
I had such a delightful experience at Puppy Luv and Wellness recently, Serena was so lovely and super friendly! At the beginning of the session, Serena kindly gave us some informative information about the puppies and how to correctly hold them. After spending an enjoyable hour with these cute furry babies, I couldn't stop smiling for the rest of the day! I can't wait to book another session in the New Year!
