the order I received was wrong horn
the order I received was wrong horn, but i can make it work because I'm tired of sitting on the side of the road i didn't get the proper gaskets for what i did receive, I order was for a 2017 Ram 5500 C&C but what i got at least was for a 6.7 but an earlier version. contacted support their slow as usual.

Hi Joel, I'm sorry you're having issues with fitment, however, the intake horn you purchased is not designed for fitment on a 5500 Cab & Chassis truck. We have it listed as fitting 2007.5-2018 2500 & 3500 Dodges only. Additionally, as listed in the description, it does not fit with the stock boost tube. We are currently waiting for an email response back from you at this time, since yesterday afternoon. We're more than happy to help, please get in touch with us, we may need to do an exchange. Sent my order in a timely manner, the parts arrived packed very securely. When a problem with getting one of the parts on my order became an issue with their supplier they were very accommodating and got a comparable part sent to me very quickly. Customer service representative was always very polite and helpful.

Hi Frank, I apologize for the delay in shipping the head gasket set in your order. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our supplier, Mahle. We didn't intend to hold up your order, however, we were given dates on when to expect our shipment and we relayed those dates to you, and now they keep pushing those dates back. Normally, they are pretty accurate, but not in this instance. We do understand it is frustrating to wait on parts for a repair, but we did our best to keep you updated on the status and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Asked for advice for my cummins swap for power upgrade for towing. Tech was knowledgeable and friendly. Haven’t installed parts yet to see how much improvement, but I’m excited to get it done. Shipping was prompt. Will do business with them again.
