I ordered from Canada an Easter basket for my daughter staying in Brisbane. She loved it and made me feel better that she wasn't forgotten on Easter. I paid extra for the 2-4 day delivery and it came within that time frame. No complaints.

Unable to change my delivery option so the gift box sent to the hospital 2 days after the recipient had been discharged. Total waste of a lot of money.

We have a 30-minute grace period after an order is placed to amend delivery options. This is stated in the confirmation email sent at the time of purchase. After this window, once the order has been processed.
When you reached out, I asked for the address the recipient was being discharged to so we could attempt to have the parcel redirected. We were prepared to assist, however we didn’t receive the updated address to proceed.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. They did not do same day or overnight delivery as claimed was their signature strength and so my hamper was not delivered on the day intended for the recipient. Will not be using this company again as there are plenty of alternative options.
